総合評価とレビュー Sonesta Miami Airport

早朝便で帰国するために宿泊しました。 無料のシャトルバスがあるホテルの中で、コスパと評価が高かったので予約しました。 ・設備関連 　コンパクトで必要なものは揃っています。 　500mlの水を2本無料でいただけました。 　コーヒーメーカーもあります。 　バスタブあり、レインシャワー。 　アメニティの中にメイク落としシートがありました。 　ロビーに売店があり、飲み物・軽食・お菓子の購入も可能です。 　バルコニーは無し。二重窓で騒音対策していますが、空港近くなので飛行機の音は聞こえます。 　喫煙所は建物外です。 　WiFiも十分使用できます。 ・ホテル周辺 　近隣のレストランで食事可能。 　大きな道路なので反対側に渡りづらいですが、道路沿い徒歩5分程度にレストランがあります。 　スーパーなどの商店は近隣には見当たらないので、ホテルの売店を利用するか空港から買っていった方が良いです。 　空港との往復のみを前提として考えていたので十分ですが、市内やビーチ方面に出るならUberが必要だと思います。 ・空港からの移動 　MIA空港とは無料のシャトルバスが巡回しています。 　公式サイトによるとWebサービスでシャトルバスの運行状況が分かると書いていますが、実際にはWebでのリアルタイム運行情報は機能していません。 　MIA空港では16時台に30分近く待ちました。 （大手のチェーンホテルはより高頻度でバスが巡回していましたが、中堅ホテルのシャトルバスは似たような頻度です） 　シャトルバスは24時間運航で、朝はホテルから5時台のシャトルバスで空港に向かいました。

hotel proximo ao aeroporto, tive problemas com a entrada do estacionamento e com a limpeza do quarto. me cobraram preço cheio do estacionamento para 4 dias e uma taxa extra do estacionamento que em nenhum local é informada, nao teve limpeza do quarto em nenhum dos 4 dias. o quarto é grande, gostoso, camas boas.

Foi ótima, salvo o fato de ter uma "lâmina" no trilho do box do banheiro, escorreguei e na hora pisei na "lâmina" que quase cortou o meu pé , machucou bastante.

Staff were very polite. One of the best experiences I’ve had in America. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was 5 stars. Loved the smell of the hotel. Free shuttle to airport.

FIQUEI APENAS UMA NOITE! O APT IMPECAVEL! ROUPA DE CAMA MARAVILHOSA! ESTACIONAMENTO É PAGO unica observacao e como saodois hoteis bem juntos, da para confundir a entrada! o SONESTA é o segundo nao tem boa visualizacao mas impecavel.

The property was nice and clean. The airport shuttle and port shuttle were very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gaston, at the front desk was knowledgeable about the area, extra patient with us and answered all of our questions.

Hotel was nice a

We needed a place to stay the night before our cruise. This hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. They also offer a shuttle to the port for $17 a person. Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. There are a few places nearby to grab food within walking distance.

Front desk clerk was mean. Not friendly. No customer service at all. It makes for a horrible start. I wanted to leave but we’d already paid. Sometimes peoples attitudes will turn you off to where you don’t care how much you paid…you’re still leaving, and I was almost there

Reservation was not what I made originally. Apparently auto changed from Expedia as “upgrade” but beds didn’t comfortably accommodate our group of 3. Texted with Expedia staff and they couldn’t offer any real help given circumstances. Going through Expedia is NOT seamless and I will reduce/minimize future use of Expedia for this reason
