Hotel was in a good area if you are a Shorsey fan. It’s within walking distance of a lot of the key spots from the show.

Clean, good breakfast, staff was lovely

Rooms were very clean, although outdated. This didn’t bother us since we got everything we needed and was clean. Breakfast was ok good. Same everyday, you might get bored if you have longer stays, unless you choose to alternate what eat each day. Parking wasn’t the best coz the building had a really small parking that gets filled fast and you have to park at the mall parking which may be confusing at first and also not clean. Swimming pool was also nice. Staff were great and very helpful. Yes, I would stay here again coz it served our needs and we had our 2 year old with us and was ok.

J’ai apprécié l’accueil et la courtoisie des employés, Les points négatifs sont : Il y avait une odeur incommodante ( urine) dans notre chambre et les lits faisaient beaucoup de craquement très bruyants des qu’on se tournaient dans le lit.

The room was clean. The rugs should be updated. Parking is hit and miss if you get a spot out front. Staff were nice. The pool was freezing as one guest said "It's as cold as Georgian Bay". We visited in the winter and it was warm. Now we won't go back. It is convienent to the mall and we visited Imagine Theatre

I stayed overnight for an event. The staff was very helpful. I got there early. They were able to check me in early so I could drop my stuff off before I had to go to my event. They explained parking they gave me a pass so I don’t have to worry about forgetting to get a ticket. Breakfast was fantastic. Everyone was so helpful and friendly overall I definitely say again and it’s essentially located to everything.

The breakfast was good. Best hashed browns I’ve had. Check in was easy and there were lots of carts to load up all our luggage. The pool was a bit cold for a heated pool but we were still able to enjoy it.

The pool was wonderful but the hotel had a funny smell and the room wasn’t very clean. The door of the room was hard to shut.

The shower in our room did not work after 1 person used it. The water would just trickle and when I complained the front desk said well I can’t do nothing about that because you paid in full already you would have to let Expedia know.

Hotel is old area of Sudbury! Its out dated! Carpet in room smelled! Pool was very cold! Breakfast was okay ! Parking was okay, but wouldn't want to venture out at night with my family! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Le déjeuner était bon et nous nous sommes régalés. Nous étions situés près de l’ascenseur et ce n’était même pas bruyant ce qui m’a surpris

Beds were not good made noise , pillows were flat. Bathroom had mold & swimming pool bathroom was dirty.

Good stuff

The room I got was nice but the bed was noisy, I guess it is an old bed that the springs are noisy and uncomfortable. They always ask me for feedback at checkout. What happens to emerge feedback?
