It was a good stay. The interior and building was not brandnew but clean enough and comfortable. Staff was nice. Restaurants are available within walking distance.

フロントの対応も感じよかったし、近くに何軒かレストランもあり、ホリデイ・インの名前で期待する通りのちゃんとしたホテルだった。ビジネスだったが、快適な滞在だった。しいて不満があるとすれば、ロビーが若干手狭で、チェックアウトした後で居場所がない感じだった。

古くてがっかり、周辺エリアもうらびれた港町、少し歩くと町の中心に出ます。 ユーロトンネルまでは車で15分ほどです。 ホテルのスタッフは大変親切で好感あり。

Great location and wonderful staff but the room was really dated and didn’t feel fresh.

Left my electric tooth brush in the bathroom. Came back 2 days later and was told nothing was found. So obviously cleaners took it. Not good for a respectable hotel

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Our first room was good, ours second room a few days later was a bit run down, had no bed side tables or bed side plug sockets and the shower sprayed out of the bath.

Hotel is in a great location but it’s in a need for refurbishing. Carpets in common areas and lift were dirty. Lift carpet was filthy. Air conditioning controller was smashed with exposed electrics and didn’t work. Very dangerous. Toilet was blocked and brimming. Phoned down but got no answer and it was late so gave up. Room was tatty and dirty.

Really a 2star, but still ticked off all the boxes, good hotel if the price is right. Locked shed for bikes available.15 minutes from Eurotunnel

BAD for a Holiday Inn. Good staff. Signs to get here blocked by construction. Don't know hotel until standing in front of it. Breakfast definitely not worth it....$20 US.

Wonderful staff. Bright and airy room. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants just minutes away.

Der var intet at klage over, værelset rent og pænt, venligt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Med hensyn til morgenforplejningen, så var der et fornuftigt udvalg, dog skulle rørægget nok have haft lidt mere tid på panden. Parkeringspladser var der mere ned rigeligt af i få minutters gang fra hotellet.

Great place to stay in Calais. Lovely views over the harbour and a pleasant stroll to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Plenty of free parking, dog friendly, what more could you want?

Hotel cards reset everyday. Annoyance to get to your room and then Have to go get a new key card. Secondly, room booked said they made a mistake in booking the room. How? When we booked the family room. Third, poor house keeping and air conditioners were terrible.

extremely poor value for money. no way this is a four star. needs significant renovation. horrible old carpet in room and corridor. yes it is on the seafront and has a (small) balcony with sea view . but first floor was way too noisy. upper floors should be tolerable, but lift slow. breakfast adequate- just. you have to ask for room to be cleaned. i asked for an extra sheet or duvet, as my son and i had to share a double bed, none provided. i emailed twice about parking before coming . second one got a response in french, didnt explain it is a busy (but free) communal lot, and that access is complicated by extensive road works. will definitely not return.

Brilliant staff, nice clean room, comfy bed and sheets, nice big shower. Not my first stay, and will happily stay again in future.
