中々英語が通じない中、レセプションの人達は英語も出来、笑顔での対応。隣にはショッピングモールもあり2週間楽しく過ごせました。

水道管が壊れたということで、午後2時から翌日の朝まで水道が使えず、かなり不自由を虐げられました。 対応も後手後手で、その日の分を返金してもらいたいくらいです。 それがなければ、スタッフは親切でお勧めできます。

スタッフは常に笑顔で挨拶して下さり、心が和みます。

フロントスタッフの方々にとても親切にして頂き、一生の思い出に残る滞在でした。

ショッピングモールに直結していて安全に外出できました。

素晴らしい立地とスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしい。

ビシャエルモサに約1カ月滞在の必要があり、計3週間宿泊した。スタンダードルームで、エグゼクティブラウンジを使用できる条件だったため、ほとんどの食事をラウンジでとることができ、食事の内容も、日によるが満足いくものだった。アルコール類もフリーで、かなりお得だった。 それよりも、スタッフの対応に本当に感動させられた。いくつかのかなり個人的なお願いをしたのだが、快く引き受けてくれ、要求以上の対応を受け、はずかしながら感動で泣いてしまった。 皆、親切で明るく、笑顔も良いし、部屋の清掃も満足。 目の前はスーパーで、隣接の小さなデパートには通路でつながっており、大変便利。 2014年に他のホテルから改装したとのことで、キレイです。 本当にお勧めします、ただ部屋の広さは普通です。

Outside the front of the hotel a raw sewage line has been broken for weeks and continues to spill raw sewage out onto the street. Enough sewage that cars entering the hotel were still wet from driving through the sewage. Very embarassing situation for the hotel.

Hay desconocimiento sobre los eventos. Vinimos por el congreso de pediatría. El Empleado dijo no saber nada. Al día siguiente nos remitieron a otra sucursal y luego regresamos aquí porque siempre si era aquí.

Las instalaciones súper bien, el área de alberca me encantó suficiente espacio, la habitación todo muy bien.

Es mi hotel preferido
