旧市街に立地しているため観光に便利で地下鉄の駅にも近く、好条件のホテルです。部屋も清潔でシャワーの水量も多く、快適に過ごせました。サンチアゴでお勧めのホテルです。

コストパフォーマンスが大変良いホテルです。場所は観光にもビジネスにも便利です。 周辺の治安も問題ありません。総合的に見てお勧めできます。

Las habitaciones son buenas pero en algunas el desnivel que hay en el edificio es absolutamente incómodo. Es importante variar las opciones de desayuno. Durante los 5 días de estancia fue invariablemente el mismo

Algunas habitaciones están literalmente inclinadas y todos los días las opciones de desayuno fueron exactamente las mismas.

not clean, insecure area

This isn't a hotel, it's a shambles. It's completely dilapidated, old, and dirty, with carpets caked with grime. Out of three elevators, only one works, and the wait time exceeded 20 minutes. You had to call the front desk to get a poker player to take the elevator up to 22 floors. It's a joke. A miniature cookie as an apology, a joke? I'm surprised a chain like Le Meridien would brand this hotel as a disgrace. for the price they charge the value for money is absurd

I really want to give this hotel a better rating because the staff was great. That said, I can't possibly recommend this hotel. The neighborhood isn't safe after dark. Several locals that I talked to told me that this is a crime infested area, and an American tourist was actually stabbed to death last year in this neighborhood (I looked it up. It's true). They have giant metal gates that lock down the hotel after dark. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a facelift. The carpets are stained everywhere. The phone in my room didn't work. The TV was incredibly outdated. The food in the restaurant and bar was outdated and extremely overpriced compared to restaurants in town. I can look past a lot of the cosmectic things, but the fact that this neighborhood is extremely unsafe by itself compels me ot urge people not to book here.

Lovely staff, hotel had everything you need, lovely pool, most things are walking distance, metro nearby. Lastarria is a safe area to stay, especially if traveling alone.

Hotel muito bonito e confortavél e bem localizado

O hotel é grande e bem antigo. O Hall de entrada engana um pouco, porque é bem moderno. O quarto no qual fiquei era bem confortável, mas muito desgastado, com carpete em mau estado, paredes que precisam trocar os revestimentos, banheiro com banheira antiga. O quarto estava limpo e o café da manhã era razoável, com pães e doces "de padaria", mas bons. O atendimento foi muito bom, com funcionários prestativos e atenciosos.

El servicio excelente, pero la habitación mal insonorizada.

Outdated rooms as well as some of the common areas (3rd floor -spa, gym, changing rooms, lockers & pool). Good location and generally good service from staff.

Hotel velho, elevadores estragados, garagem sem acesso por elevador, recepção confusa, quartos velhos, estragado o ar condicionado, banheira impedindo movimentação no banheiro, café da manhã fraco e sem opções para um hotel que se entitula 5 estrelas

Boa experiência, próximo a duas estações de metrô. Serviço de qualidade, boa comida. O quarto precisaria uma reforma, carpetes já mais velhos, mas não atrapalhou muito a experiência geral.

Desafortunadamente el día que llegamos al hotel no funcionaba la calefacción, y continuó el problema el siguiente día. El personal del Hotel fue muy amable y ellos se encargaron de cambiarnos de Hotel, incluso a uno de mejor nivel. Las habitaciones son limpias y el servicio excelente, pero los pasillos del hotel estaban muy sucios y fríos. En los alrededores del Hotel no hay buenas opciones para comer, y nos comentaron que por la noche no debíamos salir por que la zona no es segura.

Just as almost everybody else has said, the neighborhood isn’t nice. There is a bohemian neighborhood a short seven minute walk. A certain name change to Le Meridien, they still have a lot to do to bring this hotel up to Marriott standards.

Not the safest area but had very easy access to the subway. The hotel’s sparkly hour was very nice with the opportunity to meet other patrons…and the staff was the very best!!

Muito boas instalacoes, aparentemente estao renovando ainda mais o hotel (as banheiras e marmores dos banheiros eram novos) e o quarto é enorme! Bem localizado, staff bastante atencioso, apesar de termos tido um pouco de dificuldade em contatar o concierge. Tivemos muita dificuldade com as chaves do quarto, que todos os dias desmagnetizavam, nos obrigando a acionar a recepcao (que prontamente nos atendia). O cafe da manha nao estava bom. Apesar de grande variedade de alimentos, muitos nao estavam frescos (p.ex.: endurecidos, ressecados, etc). No geral, otimo hotel e recomendo com certeza.
