行事（Navy Marathon？）のためか予約が難しい日だったのとWashington DC中心部のホテルは高いので、地下鉄を利用した郊外に宿を取った。実際はGreen Lineの端のBranch Ave.駅からバスK12に乗るほどの距離があった（歩けないことはない）。そこそこの距離にファストフードやリカーショップはあるが食料を調達できるショッピングセンターはない。部屋はスタンダードでコンチネンタルブレックファーストは充実している。Wi-Fiは無料（自動接続）。安く泊まりたい向きには選択肢になり得る。

The room appears clean but smells horribly like moth balls. The heating unit on the wall has no buttons. It blinks and refers to a wall thermostat but there is none so we can’t adjust the temperature of the room. The TV remote has 1 battery and requires 2. The bedding has been washed, but has darker stains on the white bed sheets. Thankfully, we will be leaving very early in the morning.

The TV, fridge and phone had no power and didn’t work. The beds were unacceptable

I couldn't stay,because I denied a room,the guy that night around 9:40pm said that I was in the D.R Whatever that means, I just didn't understand because I was there 2 weeks ago. , With the both of my kids, So we end up going to Another hotel

I have bug bites!!!!! The bathroom and room had obvious signs of not being clean. They didn’t even try! Do not come here!!!! I had to visit the ER due to these bug bites and yes the doctor confirmed they are bug bites!!! You people should be put out of business!!! For real!!!

This property was so filthy that I could not stay even one night. The stinch of Marijuana was overbearing upon walking in the hallway. The carpet was the most filthy, stinky and stained I have ever seen. The room had holes in the wall and the comforter had stains all over it.

Todo en este hotel grita calidad y confort. Instalaiones, limpias, con cada detalle bien pensado. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y perfectamente equipadas. El personal fue amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Se nota que invirtieron en ofrecer una experiencia de primer nivel. Descansé como nunca. Recomendado al 100% — volvería sin pensarlo.

Room smells like an ashtray

The ice machine was out of order on every floor. It is too hot for this to be acceptable. Also I would have liked a selection of meat or possibly just eggs. Other those two issues, I would definitely book again.

No duvet or comforter on bed. No shower curtain in bathroom. The bathtub doesnt drain or does so terribly slowly.

The lobby was dirty & smelly. Room had cracks in ceilings, hole in bathroom wall, tv reception was poor, AC didnt cool the room, in my opinion, the room was unfit for renting.

Horrible the room had clogged sink and the shower and tub facet ran at the same time. The halls smell like mold and old carpet. The hotel room had holes in the walls that were patched but never painted. Over all the place needs to be cleaned
