Great hotel and excellent hotel reception staff

The place is dated and I can handle that for the price and the fact that we had our dog with us which they accommodated. What was so disappointing is the fact that almost all of the amenities listed on their website were broken or no longer exist. That's not even to mention the part of town this place is in is far from a decent part of town. I wouldn't let my wife take the dog out at night to use the bathroom. One of the times I took the dog out in the middle of the day there was someone on property shooting up drugs right in front of everyone. The pictures on the website are outdated as well. The 24 hour diner on site does not exist, there is a diner in the casino that was advertised in the hotel as open from 7 am - 11 pm every day but when I went to get food one of the first nights at 9 pm they were already shutting down. The bar in the online pictures does not exist and apparently there was a bar somewhere in the casino but I didn't bother looking for it after everything else. There is also a restaurant on site except it is permanently closed as well apparently and the pool was closed as well. There was no ice machine on our floor so we had to go to another floor for ice. We were missing the TV remote when we got in the room which was remedied with a call to the front desk. You can see from my pictures the room was a little worse for wear. Wouldn't return here unless I simply had no other choice, but the staff was nice

My only complaint would be we had no remote in our room nor a trash can...Front desk took care of situation

The very pleasant experience

Hotel employees, particularly the manager Mi*a, were extremely rude. They refused to check in at 10:30 p.m. because my wife didn’t have a physical ID card. They also refused to accept a soft copy of the ID, even though we had promised to bring the hard copy the next day, as one of my friends was coming. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process. As a result, we had to find a hotel to stay at during a long weekend. It was a terrible experience.

They have a casino attached to that and it has a very un CD people that just hang around the whole front door area. Also, their carpet was not very clean. There was gobs of hair no cups in the room low water pressure. The shower handles leaked the toilet didn’t work properly place is good candidate for an update, but you already know that.

The place was not clean and in a bad side of town. We did feel safe so we left. They did cancel my reservation.

After checking in, my room was a so hot I couldn't even stay in the room. After the sun went down it was after 10pm before I could stay in it. Lot's of people roaming around outside. Room wasn't to bad other than the heat.

Closest dog friendly hotel to downtown that didn't cost a fortune. However, you get what you pay for. Room was clean, bedding and bed not luxury but again, clean. Staff was very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their positions. Bathtub did not drain well so that felt dirty. I felt like I was in a movie when I walked the dog around the property/ parking lot perimeter. Women and men selling their "wares", (this is probably why every person over 18 is required to have an ID on file) liquor store across the street with stereotypical loitering on the corner. GREAT people watching. I would not recommend a timid, single traveler woman with or without a dog stay here. The hotel does what it can to provide security from the neighborhood and adjacent casino, however, if you have a dog, one must venture outside the hotel.

Very run down property in dire need of an overhaul from parking lot to the cuck-chairs in the rooms! Attached casino was full of homeless and drugged out zombies! DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE IN THE DAY OR AT NIGHT! Parking lot full of broken glass and garbage just lying everywhere obviously left there by the homeless in this area... We will not be returning here ever again! Wish i could sorta get a refund... but seeing we all made it out of their alive just might be enough...

The registration took a while when we checked in as there are lines of people checking in. The property was not kept clean. there were trash in one place as we left the hotel lobyy.

Awful don’t go !

Nothing that was promised or advertised was there. It was advertised that there was an onsite pool, this was not true. It was advertised that there was a bar in our lobby, this was not true, there was supposed to be a restaurant this was not operating. There were so many sketchy people hanging around the entrance and parking lot that we were afraid to go in and out of the building to our vehicles. The connected Casino was overrun by vagabonds and transients that we couldn’t enjoy it. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay until they go under tremendous renovations.

Promised early check in for a fee, but when got there claimed no rooms available, but persisted to check other people in. There is a casino that is filled with all tweakers and hookers..

AVOID this Dump It is not to Ramada standards!!!

Bathroom shower knob was not working properly. Dirty bathroom tub.

It was not very good but not very bad. The service is regular, I had to ask them several times to perform the cleanliness service to my room. Outside the hotel it feels insecure, many suspicious People walking around and sometimes you feel intimidated for that. I think is a good option for a couple of days, considering relation price-quality
