静かで落ち着く部屋。 アメニティ、清潔さなど全く問題無かったが、唯一フロアランプがスイッチが壊れて点灯しなかったのが気になった。 まあ無いと困る物ではないが、不備は直ぐに気がつくものとが思うのだが・・ 朝食は十分バラエティーに富んで美味しかった。 地下鉄駅の真横にあって便利な点も良かった。

施設は少し古いですが、内装、スタッフは非常に良かったです。浴室からアンデス山脈が他のビルの遮り無く見えて素晴らしかった。

このホテルのサービスは、とてもレベルが高かった。お客さんの側に立って、物事を考えるコンセプトが徹底されていた。気持ちのよい対応だった。言葉が通じなくとも、一生懸命コミュニケーションを取ってくれようとする行動などホテルの姿勢が感じられた。よいホテルだと思う。内装も清潔感があった。３泊したが、とてもよかった。ひとつだけ残念だったのが、ドライヤーが故障していて、修理してくれるよう二度伝えたが、部屋に戻っても直っていなかった。しかし、総合的には、素晴らしいホテルである。

From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all.

O Regal Pacific Santiago é excelente! Localização privilegiada em Las Condes, com metrô ao lado. Atendimento maravilhoso, equipe sempre atenciosa e prestativa. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e muito limpos. O café da manhã é top e delicioso, com grande variedade e ótima qualidade. Sem dúvida, uma das melhores opções em Santiago. Recomendo totalmente!

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel no fue satisfactoria. Al ingresar a la habitación (número 502), me encontré con un olor desagradable que persistió durante toda la estadía. El baño no contaba con extractor de aire y la ventana daba directamente hacia otros edificios, lo que comprometía completamente la privacidad. Además, la ducha solo tenía una cortina tipo roller de baja calidad, que no ofrecía la cobertura adecuada al momento de usar el inodoro. La vista desde la ventana principal también fue decepcionante. Apenas 45 minutos después del check-in (alrededor de las 15:45 hrs), informé todos estos problemas a recepción. Sin embargo, me indicaron que el hotel estaba completo y que no era posible realizar un cambio de habitación, lo cual me pareció una respuesta poco resolutiva considerando lo reciente de mi ingreso. Otro aspecto negativo fue que solo había un ascensor en funcionamiento en un edificio de 20 pisos, lo que generaba largas esperas y un flujo incómodo para los huéspedes. Me informaron que esto se mantendrá así hasta que finalicen la instalación de un nuevo ascensor. Considerando que la tarifa por noche fue de 180 dólares, esperaba un estándar mucho más alto en cuanto a comodidad y atención al cliente. Por todos estos motivos, no volvería a hospedarme aquí y no puedo recomendar este hotel.

The receptionist at the counter was friendly, and the hotel has well location, close to the MRT station, pharmacy and the supermarket. The bed is comfortable, also the breakfast has many choices and delicious. But the shower head in the bathroom is a bit dirty and the height fixer is broken. In addition, there is a strange smell in the room. You need to open the window for ventilation.

In the Las Condes business district so a little far from old town Santiago. But a lively area with shops, restaurants and nice residential neighborhoods. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch.

Bem próximo ao metrô e em uma área de grande movimento. Ar condicionado central não funcionou como deveria deixando o quarto bem quente, principalmente no período da tarde. Chuveiro necessita de um curso técnico à parte para regular a temperatura da agua adequadamente.

Breakfast good. Sraff always ready to help. Safe went wrong twice but was soon fixed. Transport to Sanantonio was excellent. Restaurant was good and eeasonably priced.
