空港への無料送迎シャトルが早朝は無いと言われた。２４時間は繁忙期だけとのこと。前は早朝でもしてくれた。レストランの夕食はあまりおいしくない。部屋はアラーム時計が無く、机の椅子すら置いてなかった。

Had a wonderful time over Easter weekend. Hotel allowed us to share our egg hunt with other children, we had to take up space . LOL. Hot Tub is always a hit. I had called several times about our Easter Bunny coming and the staff was never like,, Ohh no its that bunny woman calling again ! They were freindly and helpful. My Hubby spent many yrs at this hotel while working with Nor Folk Railroad. It was like going home. The kids played, were safe and we just enjoyed.

Very clean staff is very very peaceful helpful it’s a great area for the kids. Pool is very clean. Great place to stay.

Everyone at the front desk has been in wonderful and helpful. Love the pool table and hot tub, although sad to not have the ping pong table available.

This is a hidden gem. We were supposed to stay at a different hotel but that one booked up. We pivoted to Red Lion and were so pleased with our stay. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We stayed in a room with two king beds which was great since we have 6 and 7 year old. We loved the access to the back patio especially since it was only a few steps away from the fenced in hot tub. The kids loved the pool and the arcade. It was comfortable with a lot to do on the premise which is great for kids. We also liked the location. It was right off 83 and close to a Target, Chick-fil-a, panera, good diner. Don't hesitate to book!

The location was great for a lot of venues. We went to the Great Outdoor Show and the shuttle bus was great. Restaurant on site was good and great to be able to eat without having to go somewhere else at the end of a long day. The pool was very warm, not for some but after walking all day it was great, especially in the winter when i didn't want the the great outdoors. Met many people who were loyal to the hotel. Will stay there again.

I was at this Hotel for a seminar. It seems to be what keeps this Hotel in business through the winter. Check out is at 11am, common time. But check in is at 4pm. To me, this is a bit late. I usually come across 2, or 3pm as a common time. During the seminar lunch break, 1pm I tried to check in early. The clerk at check in said if I wanted to check in early, there would be a $40 fee! Now I understand if a room wasn't ready, you wait a few minutes 15-20... But that was not the case. There were rooms ready but only to the "highest bidder". Now that's a scam! I don't understand how this is an inconvenience to the hotel. If a room is ready put someone in it. I was here on business and had traveled 3hrs. that morning for a 7:30am start time. I just wanted to check in. This is a service industry. Make me happy and I'll come back. This negative interaction at check in actually tainted my view of my entire experience... Things I would have overlooked: The rooms need an update. Not just the decor, but the lamp switches are all shot. They twist and twirl between your fingers shutting on and off until you get it. The Heating unit is LOUD, it shook and rattled. It also stunk for a while when I turned it up. The dials on the heater were also worthless. It took some trial and error to get it right. One of the beds was concave. We didn't need it so no biggie. The other mattress was fine. I actually liked the pillows. No neck ache.

Excellent service by the Hotel staff.

Definitely had a pleasant stay for a work conference. The building itself could use some updating and some minor repairs. Lack of continental breakfast is a bummer. Overall good stay and will return

I may have picked a bad time to visit but the place was noisy and smelled of pot. Not a great stay.
