Clean comfortable rooms

Convenient to tons of restaurants and shops. Accessible parking. Friendly staff.

Holiday Inn Cherry Hill is in a good location for shopping. It's nice they have a restaurant on site. The room was very clean, and I like that its a non-smoking hotel.

Clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. If you like bbq head to the Whole Hog cafe 1/2 mile away.

Few to no amenities and you pay for EVERYTHING. Way over priced for what you receive. Not worth the price paid.

We stayed for one night. Conveniently situated across the river from Philadelphia. Reserved and paid via Expedia. Receptionist charged my credit card upon check-in despite showing her the Expedia receipt. Next morning upon check-out the receptionist was unable to refund the duplicate charge and advised us to email the receipt to the hotel manager. After 2 days and 2 emails to the manager with no response Expedia was contacted. The refund was issued the following day with an apology from the hotel establishment. Very unpleasant experience overall.

Great stay!

I liked that the rooms were very clean and the hotel location was very close to the function that I attended. I did not like that the hotel customer service was negligent in charging my credit card $100, instead of actually placing a hold on the card. After checking out, I contacted them on three occasions to fix the issue to no avail. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to reimburse my $100 deposit.

Clean and awesome staff

Good location, front desk lady was very kind, and I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint is the adjoining door to my room is that I could hear everything the neighbor was saying and even when she coughed.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was really nice. Walk in shower. High tech mirror with defogging function and blue tooth capability. The room was not very large, but adequate. Could have used more towels.

Great

The hotel was clean, but we were across from a room full of loud people. They were yelling until a few of them.left around 130am. Hotel staff wouldnt address the issue. We had to wake up early the next morning.
