ロケーションが良く

場所は駅の近くでとても便利です。スタッフも優秀な人が多く安心です。

オスロ中央駅からすぐ近くで、観光やレストランへ行くのに便利でした。部屋は綺麗で朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフの対応に気遣いがあり、いつも笑顔でした。

There are some places with stairs, but they are well cleaned and close to the station. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very delicious.

部屋は狭かったが朝食は美味しく、便利で快適、駅近。スーパーもあり車通りはあるが通りの道路事情からそれ程車は多くなくて夜も静か。とても良いホテル。リピートしたい。

中央駅から近く、食事や買い物には困らない。シングルルームはかなり狭いが、清潔で、問題はなかった。朝食もバリエーションが多く、満足。 ただ、宿泊時、夜中に火災報知器が鳴ってホテルの外に避難する事態に。結局、壁から煙が出ただけとのことで消防隊が対処してくれて、1時間半ほどで部屋に戻れたが、ホテル側からは何の説明もなかった。真夜中だったので、避難している人の中には薄着の人も多く、年配の方や小さな子供もいたが、ホテルのスタッフからは何の配慮もなし。スタッフは、ただ不機嫌そうな顔で突っ立っているだけに見えた。火災報知器が鳴るのは仕方ないが、ホテルとしてゲストに対して責任があるのではないかと思った。正直、オスロの真夜中の屋外は相当寒かった。

施設が少し古く、シャワーの出が悪かったです。朝食は良かった。

Nice location Clean room

朝9時にアーリーチェックインさせてもらいました。大変助かりました。 また朝食のビュッフェは大変美味しく、特にスムージーが良かったです。

Fantastic place to stay in Oslo. Central and close to transport links. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and well worth it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again in the future.

The location was very convenient. The streets around the hotel had some homeless people, not many but was a bit concerning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the hotel is the best thing. However, the room didn't have its own AC so no adjusting for the temp (it's a European thing). The bathroom shower wall had a yellow rusty stain only it wasn't rust and I don't want to know what it was. I washed it away with soap and water. The room is awkwardly designed, hard to hand up any towel in the bathroom. Reminds me of a cruise bathroom. The room doors are painted black with big white letters. Felt like a prison. I appreciate the couple of nights there for the location but I don't recommend it to any US visitors unless you are a solo person.

El personal muy amable y atento. El Hotel muy correcto. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. No agobios de otros clientes.... Los alrededores del hotel habia obras y por la noche gente poco recomendable. Pero la ubicación es simplemente perfecta. Una estacia muy agradable, gracias al Hotel.
