Everything was good! Friendly staff the bartender was very friendly and made good drinks. Front desk staff was also rodent and helpful

Was visiting family and friends. Needed a hotel last minute!! I was very convenient!

Room was clean! Paid for parking across the street because it said the hotel lot was full. Went inside to check in and they said it’s not full they just took the tickets out and we need to use a room key to get in. We already paid for the parking across the street at this point which was pricey.

I will never stay here again. AC was broken. Online I reserved a single queen bed, they gave me two queen beds. When I questioned it, the front desk was extremely rude and said “what’s the problem” with an attitude while it looked like she was training somebody else. This is unacceptable especially when I was nothing but nice to the front desk. Had to stay in a hot room without any AC because they didn’t have another room for me. I work hard for my money and I will not be spending it at this place EVER again. One thing good was the girl that checked me out was very pleasant.

Not much i didn't like but the peace and quiet is unmatched

I'd read that some people weren't fans of the property but we had no complaints. Only stayed one night for a show but everything was great!

The soap, lotion, conditioner and shampoo was really good... the bed was comfortable... the only thing negative was that I kept hearing a BIG bang throughout the night/ not sure if it was the heating/ ac system but it was loud and kept waking me up/ jump up... other than that, the room was worth the $ spent... wish check out can be at 12 or 1 pm because coming back late from an event and trying to sleep than to be out by 11 am is craxyy... i want my moneys worth..

The hotel facility looks old although it looks glamous from the picture. The front desk who greeted us was very friendly but when she had a question and asked her co-worker to help, the other one ignored her and kept cleaning her desk for a while, which was very unprofessional. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. However, we were waken up early in the morning by the loud chat in Spanish from the cleaning staff in the hallway that lasted for quite long. I was very upset since this was our vacation when I planned to just relax. This part was the worst experience for me.

No hot water or sufficient water pressure in the room. Breakfast food service took over one hour to be served but they comped that expense so we appreciated that.

Need to get rid of the rugs, old and makes the room musty. Great location. Crazy price for parking
