Great area and nice and cozy rooms. However; I was cold and couldn’t turn on/off or even turn the AC up or down; my remote didn’t work(probably needed batteries); my Netflix didn’t work and guests have to pay for parking.

My stay was restful and quiet. My A/C was a little noisy though; but my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Convenient location in downtown Waterbury, near food, shopping, and hospital. Recommended, safe, walkable, and offers amenities in the building such as a bar and brunch restaurant.

There was rose petals in sofa bed and it looked like there was dried throw up on the sheets

I booked in the Marriot for 3 days with my sister, omg we had on amazing experience, the lady that checked us in is AMAZING, we felt so welcomed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay, i am definitely recommending the Marriott to everyone i meet, thank you for the amazing experience and i am DEFINITELY coming back

The lady at the front desk that checked us in Tuesday night was amazing.

Staff were lively but the rooms need a major facelift! The couches and seats are stained and dirty. Carpets are old & moldy.

It was a breath of fresh air after staying at another much lessor place just a few miles north

The check in and hotels stay was fine with the exception of having to pay for parking and a parking tax which I don’t recall seeing as a potential charge on hotels.com. I would line the parking and parking tax fees to be refunded to me. Thank you

Overall the place is nice. The staff was nice. The room however was not at all what you expect after reading all the reviews. We had a room of two queen beds. The one bed was filthy- next to the ac unit- the ac was covered in dust. The one bed had a pillow with blood on it. I was not impressed at all. The shower pressure was good but took a while to get hot.

Toilet does not flush properly. Sink takes a long time to drain. Hotel is very old and looks like it was never updated. There is no drinking water in the room. It

I checked in at 10pm and it was busy. Carlin was amazing and provided fast service with a great attitude and even upgraded my room to a king bed for my comfort. Love Carlin!!!

The air conditioner was working, however temperature was warm throughout the night.

While this property was nice . The neighborhood is very bad . Homeless drug addicts on corners ! The whole town isn’t great either . Rather had stayed in Southbury .

Everything was fine overall, but the pillows had a strange smell. Since we only stayed for two nights, it was manageable. The staff were all very friendly, which we appreciated.
