チェックイン時に朝食場所の案内がなかった。 薬罐を借りたが、中が錆だらけだった。 5〜8pmまで、軽食とビールが無料だったのは良かった。

In a somewhat dodgy part of downtown (Though there is seemingly always uniformed security in the lobby!) Building is quite run down, and overall the feel is that of a 1980's hotel which has undergone miminal upgrades.

The suite was nice, the staff were excellent and parking worked out great too.

The room was old but functional

Staff were great and friendly There was a mouse running around in the lounge tho.

Good place to stay. Pillows a little hard and covers a little thin but good for a night or two in the downtown area

It was a great stay, close enough to Roger’s arena.

You won’t be disappointed with the Chateau Lacombe. It’s a very pleasant property, with pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are slightly dated, but clean and nice.

The best elevator in the whole world! Room temperature was hard to control. The tv in the room kept losing connection so we couldn’t use it.

Great Hotel loved it

Stayed at this hotel last night after catching an oilers game, I felt the price did not match the quality. $250 for one night ($225 + $25 for parking) and the room were very old and outdated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The cherry on top was they decided to run an evacuation drill at 11am which was extremely loud and lasted 25 minutes. I’m not sure why they didn’t do this after 3pm when people have checked out but next time I would recommend doing that instead.

Room was good size and river view was superb? Three very fast elevators. Not much in the way of hotel amenities. Parking was NOTincluded so actually made the price for the room anout $25 more per day. Walking distant to a number of downtown venues (i e ROGERS CENTRE). No housekeeping untilb3days - when i asked about it - they came each day - a balance would be better. Breakfast buffet not included and a littld pricey but no options vlose by.
