チェックイン時に朝食場所の案内がなかった。 薬罐を借りたが、中が錆だらけだった。 5〜8pmまで、軽食とビールが無料だったのは良かった。

Great staff and lovely rooms and views. A little dated and wish they had a green space for dogs. Overall lovely though.

We enjoyed the location, walked around downtown, rooms were a good value, but Kay at the front desk outshone it all. She was hospitable, polite and very helpful. Thanks Kay for enhancing our stay. There were also 2 friendly gentlemen staff members in the foyer who greeted us and another helpful person at the front desk whose name I didn't get. Having great team members meet and greet your guests make a wonderful first impression.

Room was clean and ready at check in time. Great access to downtown and within walking distance of many great restaurants. Easy enough walk to Roger’s place too! Staff were friendly and helpful.

No house keeping or room service. Parking was a bit expensive. I paid 53 for 2 days. No microwave. TV's were a bit outdated. The sheet was a top sheet, the main blanket had holes. Location was good, views were nice. The staff were friendly.

Staff was nice. No maid service was a bit odd, not even refilling our coffee pods for the second day. Hotel is getting more dated but we enjoyed the stay.

The staff has been amazing, I can’t remember his name but he remembers us coming in every couple weeks for hospital visits and is so pleasant and a good laugh every time!!
