交通機関がバス1系統しかないので、タクシーかレンタカー主体になります。好きな時に歩いてブラブラ観光が好きな人には、拠点には不向きかも。ホテルの綺麗さ設備やフロントの親切さはかなり良いです。

ダブルベット1台の予約でしたが、シングルベット2台しか空いていませんでした。

朝食が充実していました！

きれいです。海外はお湯の出が悪いところも多いですが、湯量も多くリラックスできました。 朝食もよかったです。

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das Hotel-Team: Ihr habt unseren Trip und das Konzert von Robbie Williams offiziell gerettet! Nachdem wir die vorherige Unterkunft aufgrund unzumutbarer Umstände wieder verlassen haben, konnten wir kurzfristig eines der letzten Zimmer im Crowne Plaza ergattern und sind mehr als glücklich. Das Zimmer könnte mal eine Modernisierung gebrauchen, aber es war sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist traumhaft. Freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch gut. Etwas außerhalb, dafür kann man auf einem der zahlreichen Parkplätze vor dem Hotel (öffentlich an der Straße) kostenfrei nutzen. Das Frühstück war gut sortiert, schmackhaft und ansprechend angerichtet.

Great staff at check-in and for breakfast. Can't understand why they charge for parking yet have free parking lots all around the hotel on the streets. Hotel should be offering free parking. Breakfast was outstanding, everything needed was in the buffet.

Room was good, except the aircon was faulty, took some persuading but got moved to another room. Staff were all very polite and upgraded the room for the inconvenience. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of hot and cold, plus pastries. I would definitely recommend and would use again if travelling through Belgium.

The aircon is old and noisy and not really cooling the room down at all, so even in may it's a sauna in the room. Parking doesn't have any security cameras, but they still charge you for it. Other than that it's okay and near a bus stop.

Stayed here for a conference. Rooms a good size with safe and fridge. My room was a little tired. I needed an iron to press clothes for a presentation, all my colleagues said that their rooms had irons, mine didn’t. However, a very helpful housekeeping lady organised one for me. My room was at the end next to the fire exit stairs which had bright lights on all night requiring me to wear a night mask. My colleagues said there rooms had blackout curtains, mine didn’t. On the last day I used the spa facilities which were great. The shuttle from Brussels airport stopped outside and there were nearby bus stops to the city centre, Food and drink seemed to be very expensive. We had catering for the conference which was excellent. Sadly, the same couldn’t be said about the restaurant. It was overpriced and dreadful! The majority of my colleagues agreed. The roast cauliflower was so overcooked, it fell apart on touch and was barely lukewarm! A colleague complained that his meat dish was minuscule and cold and got it replaced as even the manager agreed with him. All of us were determined not to eat there again, so went into the city to eat after the first night. (Unless the conference supplied food). I didn’t have the breakfast (at 25 Euros) Again, I was told by colleagues that it was very poor value). However, you could amuse yourself watching the mice scurrying about in the bar & restaurant, we saw them often! The staff were aware they had a mouse problem!
