Convenient to Cortland College. It was clean. We were replaced in a room that did not have a window. There was frosted glass that looked like a window, but led to the pool. Without a window, there is literally no natural light and everything that took place in the pool you could hear through that ‘window’. The bathroom had a sink as if you were in a public restroom with no countertop. It was extremely odd.

I guess I was hoping that kitchenette would be stocked with things for a kitchen, like silverware and even dish soap. Made do, but not what I was expecting.

I've stayed at Red Roof Inns before and have not always been pleased by the condition, cleanliness or staffing. This one was quite nice with in almost every way; quick and efficient check-in and check-out, room was clean and well equipped, bed was very comfortable, nice pool, close to several decent eating establishments, and reasonable price. Only negative is that the road noise from the highway (not overly noticeable but you can sometimes hear it). I'd stay here again.

The ac unit was so load in the room. I had to turn it off. The photo button would not let me send anything.

It was an easy check-in and the service was great.

Biggest complaint was the bed frames were sitting on platform that was unsecured. Couldn't get good rest because of the constant shifting.

We stayed for two nights. Place was wonderful and the staff was so great.

The room was clean, attentive front desk and late 12pm checkout. I had a great stay and will most likely stay again when I am within the area.

Great stay!

The service at the desk was very poor - I arrived early and the clerk greeted me rudely. She did offer a different room which I accepted. I explained that I visit the area very regularly for Family and usually arrive at the same time but this was my first time staying at that place. She seemed upset while she collected my info. I asked her why she was so angry and told her her face was red and she was slamming around. She told me she was doing me a favor by giving a different room and not charging early check in. She had not even mentioned whether there was a charge for the 12:45p check in or not. She just acted angry. It's not necessary to "do a favor" for a customer and then huff, puff and get red faced. It was very uncomfortable. I did not see another person at the desk or any other customers for my entire stay. The place appeared deserted. There was never coffee in the lobby- not in the morning, afternoon or night. The pot had an inch of left over coffee for 3 days at least. The room was nice and comfortable, the internet was good and plenty of parking.
