Okay hotel for one night business travel stay. Short drive from the airport, but nothing nearby just Telcom/IT company office building around. Unexpectedly, the dinner at hotel restaurant was nice one. Simple, but good quality food. Breakfast is also great. ビジネス出張の滞在としては問題無い。空港からのレンタカー移動は便利。周りはオフィスビル以外何もない。レストラン内の食事は期待していなかったけど結構よかった。朝食も美味しかった。

フィミッチーノ空港から鉄道（レジョナル）で4駅ほどですが，基本的に30分に1本です．空港送迎のシャトルが使える時間なら良いですが，そうでなければアプローチは良くないです．Muratella駅は無人駅でチケットの販売機すらありません（見つけられません）でした．ここからホテルまでは徒歩7-8分ですが，暗くなってから歩くにはちょっと寂れすぎているように思いました． ホテルにチェックインしてEuroへの両替を頼みましたがホテルではできないと言われてしまいました． 部屋は，広くて十分でした．バスタブもありましたし，内容的には街の中心部なら１泊3万円くらい取られても仕方がないかなというくらい立派なものでした．フィットネスセンターや屋外プールもありますし，ここでゆっくりする分には申し分ないかと思いました． ホテルのフロアには製氷機があって，宿泊した当初は使えたのですが，3泊のうちの2泊目以降使えなくなりちょっと困りました．冷蔵庫が使えないので飲み物を飲むのに氷を入れて飲むつもりで買い出ししてきていましたので．他のフロアの製氷機も使えなくなっていました．毎日昼間は30℃超えでとっても暑かったのでこれには参りました．2日目以降空調の効きも少し悪くなっていました． さて，やはりローマ市内に観光に行くには少々不便でした．前述のようにMuratella駅で切符が買えませんでしたので鉄道で出かける選択はできませんでした．ホテルの裏をバスが走っていましたが，どのくらいの間隔で来るのか，どこまで行けるのかよくわからず利用しませんでした．結局ホテルから出かける時はホテルの外に待機しているタクシーを拾ってメトロのMarconi駅まで行きました13Euroくらいでした．道路を考えるとホテルから最もアプローチしやすいメトロの駅はここだと考えてここまでタクシーを利用することにしました．ここからはメトロを使えば1回券だと1.5Euroでそこそこのところまで移動できます． 帰りはメトロ＋レジョナルを利用しました．メトロのPiramide駅まで来てmoving walkも使用しながら鉄道のRome Ostiense駅へ．ここからだと空港行きで5駅目がMuratellaです．よほど急ぐのでなければ30分に1本でもそれほど気になりませんでした．なんせ1.5Euroと1Euroでホテルまで戻れるのですから． チェックアウトの後空港に向かうのには送迎バスを利用しました．10Euroで前もって予約が必要ですが，朝7:00発のバスに乗ったのは私ともう1名のみでした．交通事情を考えればこの選択は必須かと思います．

Nice hotel, nice pool, easy to take the train, close to the airport. No restaurants around, you have to take an uber/taxi.

We very much enjoyed our stay. A perfect spot for commuting into Rome but also relaxing by the pool in a quiet space.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Room was spacious, updated and clean! Beds were comfy! We looked over the pool which was nice. We enjoyed the pool (everyone has to where caps over their head and hair covered)! Front desk provides these complimentary if you don’t have them! The outdoor bar is great and the restaurant was fabulous! Great gluten free options, wine selection and wonderful service!

The Staff were friendly, courteous and respectful.

The pool area was really nice closer to airport. My only bad experience was in the Restaurant the staff was very rude I only wanted some coffee and toast they made me stand there didn’t take me to a seat I had no idea what was going on until I asked for my money back very poor service

The swimming pool and outside area was great. Lots of fun for kids and adults.

Spacious and clean room, cooperative staff and nice dining

Good hotel, we stayed here at the start and end of our holiday, as ideally placed for the airport. However, the centre of Rome is an hour by public transport or 30 mins by car. Staff were super helpful and make this hotel. Food and drink is very over priced but there isn't really any restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property and grounds!!

The stay was exactly what was needed. My family needed somewhere close to the airport for the last night to end our trip and the Holiday Inn had everything that was needed and then some. Great pool area!

Sheets were awful and room was dirty. The rooms beside us had screaming/crying children all night and hallway doors kept slamming. Tried to call down to the front desk to make a noise complaint and was hung up on.

Had a great time. Train stop close by. Hotel facilities excellent. Would recommend Food in restaurant very good

Did not expect the shuttle to cost 10 Euro a person and start too late for me to get to the airport.
