Nice staff and cozy place, convenient. No fridge inside the rooms.

コロナの影響で寂しく閑散としていたのは仕方ないが、エントランスまで閉じられていて、どこからホテルに入れば良いのかわかりませんでした

何度か滞在しています。今までは特にトラブルなく気持ちよく利用していたのですが、「ランドリーサービスは宿泊料に含まれている。」と言われ喜んでお願いしたところ、チェックアウト時に６０ドルを請求されました。聞いた人と請求した人は別人ですが、残念です。 また、ホテルの責任ではありませんが、夜中に宿泊客が廊下で口論する声がうるさく響き眠れませんでした。明け方は、トラックの大きなクラクションが何度も鳴り響き眠れませんでした。 今回の滞在は少し残念な要素が多かったです。

便利な立地で、フロントデスクの人たちもとても親切でフレンドリーです。荷物を預かってくれるサービスもとても助かりました。朝ごはんも種類豊富なビュッフェで美味しいです。

清潔だが、シンプル。 部屋も広いしいいけど、せめてティーメーカーぐらいは置いて欲しい。 場所は、どこに行くのにも便利だと思う。

La estadia estuve bien, todo tranquilo pero deben mejorar en el servicio y la atención al huesped en el area del desayuno.

Hotel was in a great location and the staff was very nice. It’s a little on the older side and could use some refreshing. But it was clean and comfortable for our stay. The location is perfect for walking to the central market and the cultural museums.
