The location is perfect for sightseeing in the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The vegetable rolls at breakfast were delicious.

Family vacation for a week. The location of the hotel was great. Everything was clean and exactly as you would expect at this hotel. The people were all wonderful. The front counter staff were helpful and kind, always with a smile. The breakfast staff were excellent. They helped with anything you needed, didn’t start to clean up until a bit after breakfast hours were over to make sure everyone was well fed and were genuinely kind. The cleaning staff were also always with a smile and a Hello. Great place to stay! Only thing we would have appreciated would have been a microwave in the room.

Stayed here for osheaga with a few friends. This hotel is a great location to old Montreal and the metro. It is a bit of a further walk to the shopping/eaton centre. Breakfast was included which was great! Valet parking is only useful to smaller cars, so we ended up parking at an offsite underground a 5 min walk away. The area of the offsite parking is a bit sketchy at night but this is the same parking we’d use for any other hotel in the vicinity. It was about 50$ for offsite for the whole weekend and $40 a night for valet anyways so the cost saving was worth it. Overall great hotel, comfortable and more modern than the other hotels in the area.

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter Montréal, proche du vieux Montréal à pied. Le petit déjeuner est très bien achalandé, beaucoup de choix. Parking public pas très loin moins cher que celui de l’hôtel, Chambre familiale avec 2 grands lits très bien.

Everything was great

Fine, got the job done but nothing more than mediocre

We stayed 2 nights with 2 teenaged boys. Was dismayed to realize the room wouldn't be made up or no new towels brought in unless I asked. For what we paid, I expected housekeeping service. Noone told me we would not get this. Breakfast was a benefit and well produced. Thank you ! Air conditioner was crazy loud and had to be shut off ...then room was too warm. Location was great!

Breakfast included but very basic. Clean property, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good ac. Good staff. Very well connected to metro/Subway. Purchase your own water.

This hotel is located in the middle of downtown so it's very convenient for anyone who visits Montréal. Staff were very kind, professional, attentive, and willing to help. The room and amenities were clean as well. The included breakfast was compact but every dish was great. The duvet was quite thin and light for a hotel. And even though I didn't put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping was not done at all. But the overall experience was very satisfying so those are very minor issues. Thanks for the kind hospitality and service. Willing to go back whenever I visit Montréal.

C'était incroyable meilleures expérience que j'ai eu a Montréal et je suis venue souvent dans cette ville pis l'expérience de cette hôtel est littéralement la meilleure que j'ai jamais eu le staff est polie, courtois, chaleureux et accueillant ils font tous et toutes un travail phénoménal et je compte bien y revenir la prochaine fois que je viens a Montréal !

Très bien sur toute la ligne. Très proche de tous les événements du centre-ville - Place des Arts et du Vieux-Port.

The location was perfect between Rene Lévesque Blvd & St Catherine. Because of the location it is very busy. Maintained very well. Clean room, excellent staff. Will definitely stay again!

Great staff and service. Breakfast was ok but the service was able to keep the mornings fluid. The gym was fine but there was minimal A/C Overall a great place to stay near a lot of areas.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the amenities and services received based on my recent 4 night stay.

This hotel is located in the best spot. It is so close to transport, old Montreal, china town. The staff were amazing always able to assist. This will be where I will stay when I return!

Gross und funktional. Das Frühstück ist angenehm, die Auswahl allerdings nicht riesig. Sehr praktisch gelegen, grosses Zimmer und Bad, mein Zimmer war auch sehr ruhig.
