スタッフの方の働く意識がとても高く、とても快適に過ごすことができました。欧米のホテルではアジア人に対して不快な思いをすることがありますがこちらのホテルがとても親切でした。またサービスが重すぎず(多くの高級ホテルではチップを欲しそうにサービスをされ不快感を感じます)、こちらではサービスが重たすぎずとても快適に過ごせました。お部屋はとても清潔感があり、ベットのマットレスもとても良かったです。 工事中だったので、朝ごはんを食べたところからハイドパークが見えなかったことが残念でしたがサービススタッフの人も英語があまりできない私たちにも話しかけてくれ、快適な時間が過ごせました。また、ロンドンに行くときは泊まりたいです。

ほぼすべてにおいて完璧で、心地よく滞在できました。朝食は、都会らしく値段が高く、お味は今一つでした。

隣の部屋がうるさすぎて寝れなかった。電話の音、話し声が筒抜けでした。安いホテルよりもひどい状況でした。

편하고, 청결하고 심지어 묵었던 객실은 이쁘기 까지 했슴. 단지 도착날 체크인할때 컨시지어가 자리에 없어서 좀 당황했는데, 체크 아웃 헐때는 아무 문제 없었네요. 하튼 맘에 듭니다. ㅋㅋ

Excellent stay at the mandarin oriental as expected. The spa is excellent. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety.

This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed at. The food and attention to detail is of the highest quality. Would definitely recommend and we will be booking again soon.

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and took a chance on a hotel we'd never heard of: the MANDARIN ORIENTAL! Best decision of my life! :) The staff treated her and I like family, being kind, gracious, catering to every need we had, always smiling, and basically treating us like we were the King and Queen. I've never had better service from every single staff member: concierge, check-in, doormen, housekeeping, in-room dining, restaurant...in every facility we used, the Mandarin Oriental Staff exceeded our wildest expectation of being pampered, spoiled with generosity, and extremely professional as well. I will always stay here, only stay here, when in London... and already in 24-hours after checking out, have told a dozen people about this phenomenal 5-day stay we had at this beautiful hotel. Thank you everyone on staff, my wife and I will NEVER forget the great feelings of luxury you gave to us for her birthday celebration. We'll be seeing you again as SOON AS WE CAN! -Matthew R.

I have stayed in many hotels around London and the world. I personally think it was great location for what we needed but we had to call for toilet to be repaired and also a few other bits was to a low standard comparison to other hotels at that kind of level we have stayed at. I would stay there due to the location
