When my husband and I come to Windsor to see shows at Casino, usually once or twice a year, and we stay at this hotel.

Good property in good location.

Area on waterfront was nice, but behind hotel was a little sketchy. Rooms and halls seemed very small and crowded. But overall great stay, clean.

We loved the view (river view) and the breakfast that was included had a lot of options

Lovely river view!

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting friends that lived nearby. We were incredibly impressed with how clean the hotel was and how well it was overall maintained. We did have a problem initially with our door key fob, but the manager came up with us and had it attended to within minutes. I've noted in my review that the area around the hotel is not the best, however, sadly that is not to the fault of the hotel, but just the current state of affairs in downtown Windsor. Staff here was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was amazing (especially the warm cinnamon buns) and we would definitely return again.

Nothing property owners can control. The area surrounding the hotel is tired.

It was very good very clean

Overall this hotel is fine for a short stay. Parking at the actual hotel is virtually non existent and you will likely be directed to a parking garage across the street. Some of the reception staff were not friendly or polite - but the other staff were great. We unfortunately had an unidentifiable bug in our room and it was unpleasant. Overall, research other hotels in the area first - but if options are limited a short stay here is okay.

One minute walking to the waterfront park. Beautiful views. Very good stay and experience to Windsor.
