広くて綺麗でよかった！朝ごはん最高！

スタッフさんの親切な対応で快適に宿泊できました。歩いて街の中心地に行けるのも良かったです。

洗面スペースの作りが変

カードキーが毎日反応しなくなる。バスローブなどアメニティが毎日何かしら足りなくなる。他は良い。

空港へのアクセス(シャトルバス)が悪かったのは残念でしたが、それ以外は市バスでどこにでも行けるのは非常に便利でした。逆に地下鉄は10分ほど歩く必要があります。空港へはシャトルバス乗り場までバスで行くことになります。 立地は大通りに面していながら、洗練されたおしゃれなショップが立ち並ぶ場所でした。(御堂筋や御池通りのイメージ) 年季の入ったホテルかと思いますが、掃除もいつも素早く綺麗にしてくださり、問題なしでした。スタッフもフレンドリーです。

I got recommend for restaurants from hotel stuff. Two of them were very nice and very close from Hotel.

スタッフの対応が良かった。最初案内された部屋の鍵が壊れていてすぐにもっと眺めの良い最上階の部屋を手配してくれた。快適な滞在だった。 ただ、朝食時のレストランスタッフの対応は、オムレツを頼んでも忘れられ、フォークとナイフを持ってきてくれるように言ったのに、永遠と待たされるなど、よろしくなかった。

近くにスーパーもあり、地下鉄までも10分程と立地が良いです。 部屋も清潔ですし、朝食も美味しく、スタッフも感じ良く言う事無しです。

Amazing hotel. Stayed here 3 nights. Sad to leave. Great location. Was within walking distance of the Mediterranean and the upper elevations to the Northwest. I got to see so much of the city. Everything you need is closely located. Markets and great food. Carlos my bartender was great as were Esmeralda and Anna at the front desk. Highly recommended!
