広くて綺麗でよかった！朝ごはん最高！

スタッフさんの親切な対応で快適に宿泊できました。歩いて街の中心地に行けるのも良かったです。

洗面スペースの作りが変

カードキーが毎日反応しなくなる。バスローブなどアメニティが毎日何かしら足りなくなる。他は良い。

空港へのアクセス(シャトルバス)が悪かったのは残念でしたが、それ以外は市バスでどこにでも行けるのは非常に便利でした。逆に地下鉄は10分ほど歩く必要があります。空港へはシャトルバス乗り場までバスで行くことになります。 立地は大通りに面していながら、洗練されたおしゃれなショップが立ち並ぶ場所でした。(御堂筋や御池通りのイメージ) 年季の入ったホテルかと思いますが、掃除もいつも素早く綺麗にしてくださり、問題なしでした。スタッフもフレンドリーです。

I got recommend for restaurants from hotel stuff. Two of them were very nice and very close from Hotel.

スタッフの対応が良かった。最初案内された部屋の鍵が壊れていてすぐにもっと眺めの良い最上階の部屋を手配してくれた。快適な滞在だった。 ただ、朝食時のレストランスタッフの対応は、オムレツを頼んでも忘れられ、フォークとナイフを持ってきてくれるように言ったのに、永遠と待たされるなど、よろしくなかった。

Las habitaciones muy amplias y lujosas. Espacios muy amplios. El hotel muy céntrico para llegar caminando a todos lados o con conexiones de transporte cerca. Restaurantes cerca por todos lados. Muy recomendable con familia o en pareja tienes cerca todos

Rooms were large and clean and air conditioning made the room Very comfortable. Hotel is in a very walkable location with lots of shopping nearby

We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to the top floor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel provided plenty of thoughtful amenities, including a toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, and other essentials, which were a nice touch. The staff were consistently friendly throughout our stay. When we checked out, they kindly stored our luggage for us while we explored the city, and even gave us a complimentary biscuit before we left, which was a lovely gesture. The only slight downside is that the hotel is a little further from Barcelona's main attractions, so be prepared for a bit of walking (we easily did over 20,000 steps a day!). That said, we knew the location beforehand, and it wasn't enough to take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome.

Clean and kind good bad and TV coffee all great ! Just little far from sagrada because we were so tired to walk we took a metro and 10 min walk needed

In the middle of a heat wave, the hotel and staff could not have been more accomodating.

Great stay, 2nd time.

Strong perfume from air conditioning and sprayed on furniture in lobby. Our room was very strong bleach smell. We had to leave windows open just to breathe.
