めちゃくちゃ綺麗でお洒落なホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

It was comfortable except that the bathroom door did not close completely.

広くてきれいなホテルで大変いいです。

チェックイン前に預けた荷物の所在不明、フロントマンに聞くと、ポーターはに聞けと言い、ポーター２聞くとフロントマンに聞けと言う。結局、フロント裏の別のスタッフが探して持って来た。スタッフ同士が連携されてない。風呂のボディウォッシュのボトルが空なので補充を依頼するも、2日連続で補充してくれない。結局小さな固形石鹸を15雰囲気後に持ってきた。 デポジットの返却説明がチェックアウト時に説明なくて、分からない。 ユニバーサルスタジオへの無料シャトルバスは定刻前でもある程度の人数が乗車すれば出発する、時刻表を無視するホテルです。全てが最悪です。 このホテルは選択しない方がよいです。

I always stay here for business and it is always enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff, nice gym and pool and restaurant.

The vibe was perfect! beautiful place, and very helpful and kind staff. Food for buffet brunch was amazing and late night Happy hour was a plus. Only thing I did not like was slow elevator that was in constant use by the cleaning staff, though they were always nice.

When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled and we had no room. After an hour of chatting with Expedia agent and some help, the hotel discovered their mistake and got us into our room. Also, the patio door was problematic and we had to have maintenance fix it while we were out. All this being said, I loved the atmosphere and restraint attached to the facilities. All staff were polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Garland is Hollywood mystique embodied in a property. It is beautiful, relaxing, and mid-century modern amazing.

This is an amazing hotel! I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff and rooms are! The people who clean these rooms deserve the biggest raise because the rooms are incredibly clean! We just got done at the Disneyland hotel and this hotel matches that hotel 100%-without all the up-charges! Cannot stress enough how great this hotel is!

The Garland is a fun hotel option in NoHo. It's well-located, has a shuttle to Universal (if that's on your itinerary), and has good food options! The overall aesthetic is fun, but the rooms could probably use a little TLC. Our bed sank a lot in the middle which was pretty uncomfortable for us by the end of the weekend. Overall, we'd stay there again!

The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and simple. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to universal studios and they have a shuttle that goes from hotel to universal studios which made it so convenient! I would come here again! Highly recommend.

Sound insulation is terrible! We could hear people walking on top of us all night, slept only 4 hours....

The Garland was clean and the staff was friendly. They do have one restaurant that is okay. The surrounding area doesn't have a lot within walking distance of you're not planning on renting a car. I was surprised how few outlets there were in the room. Overall though a very good hotel

FANTASTIC hotel and even better customer service! My parents stayed here and they were more than accommodating with all of their special needs and requests. Great hotel and will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a place to stay in the valley!

I was charged all sorts of hidden fees at this place that were not disclosed when booking. I was charged nearly $40 for parking, and almost $40 for a “room occupancy” fee which again was not disclosed, as well as a hotel worker protection fee for $10.. almost $100 additional in hidden fees on top of the already somewhat pricey stay. I’d ask for the hotel to be more transparent about these fees and I would like a refund for these things I was not aware of.

Staff are excellent. Rooms are thoughtfully designed and well kept. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
