掃除が行き届いており、清潔で良かったです。改装されており問題はありませんが、建物全体は古く、廊下や部屋の天井は低めです。 ホテルの１F入口へは５段程度の階段があり、自分で荷物を持ち上げる必要があります。

We really enjoy our stay at the 6th floor with the wonderful bay view!

Beautiful lake view room exactly as shown. Prime waterfront location. Hotel dated decor but clean. Staff friendly and complete 'to go' breakfast an excellent idea.

Everything is perfect

Hotel is dated. Room was clean. Had a city side room and could hear the traffic from the road. Close to lots of restaurants and sights.

Nice that the pool was still open convenient location however we knew we couldn’t park in the garage. We didn’t know that the parking lot across the street would be full. That made it very inconvenient. Lobby is very busy with other businesses staff not able to provide information about things to do or places to eat in town

Upon entering the room the broken antenna was on the floor subsequently no tv. Notified the front desk and they sent a cleaning staff to fix the cable that I had stated needed replacing. No tv that evening, Next morning notified front desk again and upon returning later still no tv. Notified desk again and advised no one or cable available. They finally offered an upgrade but we didn't want to lug our luggage to another room so we just accepted we will be withouta tv.

The staff was kind, friendly and efficient.

We had a great lake view room that had recently been refurbished but unfortunately the towel rails had not been put back. Could do more for the environment by using crockery cups instead of paper covered in single use plastic and large refillable shampoo containers.

Amazing area of Kingston and Islands. Hotel is older but clean and staff wonderful. Breakfast is boxed so if you don’t like that don’t go there or give your boxed breakfast to the homeless and go to great local eateries.

Wasnt there long, but bed and pilliws comfortable, shower lovey, breakfast to go worked great.

Smelt like pesticides in the room. The crib provided was milk stained.

The staff were fantastic, the front desk ladies were very welcoming, smiling. While the hotel is kept very clean. It is outdated in the rooms, the view of the harbour was there but no balcony. Which left us to wonder, why did we pay so much our room? ($500 tax in)

Not too crazy on the breakfast boxes, seems to be what places are going to, but unfortunately there is no choices and I ended up eating just the muffin and eggs
