Not too far from downtown or the airport. We could find a good restaurant near the hotel. Staffs are smiley and nice. You can get decaf coffee at breakfast as well as usual coffee.(It's great for me!!) If I mention just one thing, I stayed at Twin Room by myself and the mattress of a bed was too soft to sleep well. However, I slept on another bed which was firm enough, so it's not matter for me.

Everything was great. the pricing, the people, the clean room, and the area.

This was a nice hotel, not expensive, but nicely furnished. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Everything was pretty clean and the location was perfect for us (super short drive to UWF). The only bad thing was that the walls and door are thin, so we heard all the activity in the room next door and the hallway, which was pretty annoying, but I would totally stay here again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. They staff is very friendly and accommodating. Only Con is there is no Google Pay.

I wish it was a sign for breakfast but it was good. The lemonade water was the best thing they had to drink. The staff was nice and friendly. The room could’ve been cleaner but it was nice overall.

Stay here annually. Everyone is always very friendly. Pool is clean. Breakfast is good. Coffee is hot. Beds are comfy.

Great hotel for the price and location. All of the employees were wonderful -- kind, respectful, and helpful. The breakfast was the only thing that was sub-par. Thank you!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I had requested room service the night before, but it never happened. When I called the front desk, I was told that if I at least wanted clean towels, I would need to come downstairs to get them. When I picked up the towels and shared my concerns, the front desk staff showed no sympathy and did not even respond. Additionally, I had to call the night before because the smell of marijuana was coming into our room. Overall, the service and response from staff were unacceptable.

Was a nice stay. Not the best Comfort Suites we've stayed at but same great comfy beds, great breakfast and staff!

The floor of my room was dirty. It was a faux wood floor, and it made my new socks filthy. I spilled water and wiped it up with a towel, and the towel was drenched with a brown film immediately. The bed had black hairs in it on th "clean" sheets.

+the room was really nice and clean, roomy, vinyl flooring, there was small gym room with limited equipment, location close to my business industrial location -I could not get to the pool because from 6PM to 11PM it was occupied by about 10-12 kids (middle and high school age) who appeared to be from local schools just hanging in the pool, when I asked how long they will be here they refused to leave and stayed till 11PM.
