Good service, good spot, clean.

not friendly staff upon check in wasn't sure of whats her name but upon checjout super friendly man and bellboy. location is 10/10 , room is spacious 10/10, lobby was very nice 10/10

It's good for the location! Next to the subway station in 57th street, walking distance to Times Square and Central Park

being stolen usb cable and the management didn't want to responsible anything.

bathroom is clean, bed very comfortable. it's good.

Last 2 hari kami disuruh tambah bayar 35 usd/malam, dan kami sudah tidak bisa cari kamar yang lain, kamarnya tidak ada servicenya.

Great location, friendly staff... But limited kind of food for breakfast.
