The check in was excellent. Staff was friendly and polite. The room was a lil out dated but clean and comfortable. For the price and one night stay it was okay.

Under construction and renovations and the room we got was very nice. It was beautiful. Can’t lie, we were a bit scared when we pulled up but satisfied upon entry.

Stayed here while visiting my husband at Fort Jackson. Loved how close it was to base. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were also clean and very comfy!

It is close to Fort Jackson and has a clean pool if anyone is coming during the summer months

This is the worst hotel I ever seen in my life. It was so disgusting me and my family had to leave. The hallways smelled like smoke and marihuana. It was dirty and the ceiling in the bathroom (room 308) was falling off. Just terrible condition all around and to this day they don’t want to refund me even though there had been multiple phone call attempts.

The room was very clean. Ms. DellMaria was super wonderful and very professional!

The elevator sounding like it would fall at any moment. The room was ok. Breakfast was horrible.

It was ok. The staff was very nice and it was very clean. They were renovating so it was good. I just didn't like that part of town. All the buildings in that are were kind of crammed together. Traffic was terrible. Always busy.

Great stay.

Lobby was great. Poor was good. Seemed great when we arrived. Until we got to our room. The hallways smelled like cat pee. The room itself was dirty, carpet was ripped up by the door, our door handle was broken, and the bathroom was moldy. While I understand this property is under renovation that was not disclosed at booking. The new rooms were in 4th floor and they wouldn’t let us stay there.

I felt the energy as soon as I walk in, the two ladies had a smile on their face and quickly check me in. They gave me some ideas of places to eat.

The staff were extremely friendly ! No issues there. The room had a certain odor that I can’t describe. The curtains by the windows had mold on them. The bathroom was very outdated. I know they are in the process of renovating so hopefully things will be better in the future.

Not a good part of town

The staff were fantastic; helpful, charming, accommodating and proficient. I think the hotel is under a renovation June 2025. We didn’t get an updated room. The room we got did need an update, it was well used. Everything was clean though!
