部屋から見えたマッターホルンは絶景で夜明けや朝日に輝くマッターホルンなど様々な表情を満喫出来た。メインのバーンホフ通り沿いのとても便利なロケーションでどの展望台に行くにも便利でレストランやカフェも近くに多数あった。部屋も広く清潔でとても快適に過ごせた。スタッフの方も親切で炭火焼のレストランや朝食も美味しく忘れられない滞在となった。

The best 5 stars hotel in Zermatt!

毎年スキーシーズンに滞在しているので、なじみのスタッフが覚えていて親切な対応で嬉しい。ツエルマットでは最もラグジュアリーなホテルで、立地、客室、施設（特にスキールームが最高。プール、サウナもよし）、食事、トレぺの質にいたるまですべてに申し分ない。しいて言えば、バスルームの温度設定に慣れるまで苦労することかな。ただ朝食のバラエティは年々少なくなっていているのは事実。ここに限らずスイス全般の物価の高さが難点ですね…。

さすがの5つ星というホテル。チェックインも日本語ができるスイス人の女性が担当してくださり、至れり尽くせり。運が良ければツェルマット駅到着後にホテルまで馬車で送迎してくれる。一方で、ホテルは駅から徒歩でも十分に行ける距離にあるため、乗車時間が短いという贅沢な悩み。また、馬車が待っていなければ、電気自動車で送迎してくれる。馬車は予約できないため、運頼み。ホテル内や部屋の中も清潔感があり、大変過ごしやすい。宿泊料は高いがまた再訪したいと思わせてくれる場所。

朝夕、従業員が施錠中の部屋に勝手に（清掃作業）入って来るのには戸惑いを感じます。部屋からのマッタ－ホルンの眺望を期待外れでした。受付の案内の方の対応はとても親切で良かったです。

This was the best experience of staying hotel in my life. The room is enogh spacious and gorgeous, and fiacility is also great. Espesially the hospitality of the staffs are wondeful. I strongly recommend you to stay this hotel.

今回の滞在で６回目ですが、常に変わらぬ快適さ、サービスの質が高いのには感心します。 ツエルマットにはこのホテルともう一つ５星ホテルがありますが、断然こちらのほうが良い。 スキールーム、プール、ジャグジー、サウナも広くて快適。ただお部屋のタオルやアメニティの補充、清掃回数が以前より少なくなってきていますね（今年は一日２回のみ）。朝食も以前よりは品数が少なくなりましたが、日本人には十分だと思います。 ベッド、枕、布団も心地よく、特に枕は買いたいほど。 ミニバーのソフトドリンクは無料。 スキーウエアのクリーニングは日本で出すより、このホテルで出すほうが綺麗になります。

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very good facing to the main street. The concierge was very kind and helpful.

ホテルは清潔でスタッフの皆さんも親切でした。 部屋もスイートルームにアップグレードしていただけました。部屋からマッターホルンがきれいに見えました。 小さい子供がいて、困ったことなどもいろいろあったのですが、スタッフの方々に助けていただいて、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 また、宿泊したいです。

Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

Equipe extremamente gentil e solicita. Recepção no quarto fenomenal com frutas, chocolates, espumante e sucos. Atendimento às solicitações sempre on time e prontamente resolvidas! Limpeza impecável. A piscina térmica em duas temperaturas, e ainda tinha jacuzzi, muito boa, nossos filhos adoraram. O café na manhã fenomenal. Recomendo e voltaremos!

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next.
