全て良かった

客室は清潔でした。 受け付け、タクシー手配等、親切且つ手際よくして頂きました。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は広くてくつろげました。朝ごはんは、ワッフルを自分で焼くことができて楽しかったです。 アメリカへ渡る橋も近く、帰りはメガバスのターミナルまで歩けたので、立地も良かったと思います。ウェルカムクッキーや、フロントでのコーヒーサービスなど、細やかな心配りが嬉しかったです。また、私たち日本人に、とてもゆっくり英語で話して下さったので説明もよく分かりました。ありがとうございました。

綺麗に清掃されていて、気持ちよく泊まる事ができました。 また朝食もついていたのも良かったです。

スタッフが明るくて良かった!

２泊。施設、設備に問題無く、洗濯設備有り。シャワーが強くて気持ち良い。繁華街に近く、歩いてナイヤガラの滝に行け、夜１０時の花火を観た後も安全に歩いて帰られた。

スタッフの方がとても親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。部屋も十分な広さで快適でした。

Too expensive for the price you pay. Clean but very old, stained curtains. Breakfast very poor!

AC was running well, kept it cool at night

We got two rooms for our stay. The staff was so welcoming. The rooms were a wonderful size. Our only complaint was the sofa beds! The mattresses were terrible, and we weren't able to use them, even thought we needed them! The hotel is going though an update. I do hope they have new mattresses on their list of updates.

I like the property every staff are well trained and they are very helpful. The room the bed was very clean. Breakfast so beatiful every thing is complete . I was very happy for every thing the hotel and staff offers .

Good staff and clean room and comfortable amenities

Staff was amazing, amenities were great, excellent experience.

Location was good if looking for something a little away from the falls. Still walkable back and forth. Breakfast was good and kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, a good deal and would stay again.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, súper cerca de las atracciones de Clifton Hill y Cataratas. Todo se puede hacer a pie. Tenía desayuno muy rico y camas cómodas. El personal fue muy amable siempre con un percance que surgió.

The AC works good. The room looks clean. The breakfast was fresh.

The staff was amazing. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is good. The location is a little away from the main drag, which is nice. About a 7 minute walk to the falls.
