5泊でしたが、チェックイン時点ではエコ対応で2日に1回の清掃予定で申し込みました。 2泊目の後は清掃されていましたが、本来清掃予定の4泊目は清掃されていませんでした。 ホテルに戻ってきたのが深夜でしたので、抗議はしませんでしたが、残念でした。

Front staff and restaurant's staff are super exellent!

The hotel is located in the city center and next to the bus stop. Before going to the hotel, I asked some question by mail and they always replyed quickly.

Very pleasing

Outstanding stay. Love the location, quiet at night but Easy walk to the Venetian Harbor restaurants, shops, lighthouse. Lovely pool. Has a Gym. Valet parking is ok, and not too expensive, 15euro/day. Breakfast is delicious. Just perfectly happy with the hotel stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel and had the best stay. The staff were so friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast had so many options and the facilities at the hotel were top notch. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleeps! Also loved the cats that slept near the pool (sammy was the cutest). Would definitely recommend anyone to say here on their stay, and if we ever came back to Chania we would stay here 100%.

Hôtel bien situé proche du centre ville historique Chania juste devant la gare routière, petit dej très correct et piscine petite mais bien (peu de transat). Là où je suis le plus déçu c’est la taille des chambres standards (minuscule) surtout au vue du prix de la nuitée et du nombre d’étoiles je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux, la climatisation n’est pas correctement réglable.

We’ve stayed at Samaria Hotel on many occasions and find it quite charming each visit… The staff are very friendly, often going above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful… The pool is a great asset, alongside the on-site enclosed parking area… A block away from the main port of Chania so no need for a car in the evenings if you’re staying close by… Overall a wonderful hotel, with a wonderful location!

Breakfast was always good, so close to absolutely everything as well as easy transport for things a bit further away, the staff were so friendly and helpful, if we come back this will be our first option

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla Hanian keskustassa. Hotellin palvelu toimi erinomaisesti. Tarvitsimme matkalla hammaslääkäriä, jonka hotellin henkilökunta sai varattua vielä samalle illalle. Muihinkin asioihin saimme apua pyydettäessä. Hotellin aamupala oli mainio ja maukas. Hotellin uima-allas osoittautui mukavaksi paikaksi vilvoitella kuumalla kelillä. Huoneet olivat normaalin kokoisia, hiljaisia ja siistejä, sekä hyvin ilmastoituja. Parveke oli kiva lisä.
