フロントの女性と英語対応ができなかった。 一応４つ星なので大丈夫と思ったが、ある意味驚いた。

セントロ内にあり、ロケーションは最高です。スタッフもとても親切でした。 敢えて希望するなら、冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカー、ドライヤーが欲しかったです。

グアダラハラの中心に位置し、ソカロまで徒歩2-3分、廻りにはいろんな食事スポットもある　フリーアップグレードしてくれたのかもしれませんが、部屋もとても広く清潔で快適　食事は外でしかしなかったので朝食の質は不明です　Wifiもストレスありませんでした　次回も必ず利用します　空港からのローカルバスの発着する旧バスターミナル（セントラルビエハCentrol Vieja）までは徒歩で20分、タクシーだと50peso程度　元気なら歩けます　

とても良いホテル。清潔だし、観光するにも良し。ただ、なぜか寝つきが悪かった。理由はわからない。

Great location in the historic center. Noise is an issue. There is little or no insulation and there is music playing and every vendor can easily be heard even as we were facing a pedestrian side street.

La habitación me pareció muy cómoda. El hotel incluye desayuno que me parece muy adecuado. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena con respecto al centro de la ciudad ya que se puede caminar alrededor con facilidad.El personal del hotel muy atento y eficiente.

En general todo está muy bien, es nuestra 6ta estancia en éste lugar y por eso lo elegimos, seguridad, limpieza, servicio, amabilidad, y varios aspectos que son buenos. Espero no dejen de dar mantenimiento a los baños de las habitaciones ya que es lugar muy importante conservar.

Ubicado en el centro histórico de Guadalajara, por lo que tiene acceso a pie a diversos puntos de interés. Excelente actitud y servicio del personal, siempre prestos a ayudar.

Older but nice hotel. Only one staff person spoke English If you leave the hotel you have to have your door keycard rescanned. Only one card per room so that was unhandy as we were not always together. It would have been way less annoying if they mentioned that when we registered. We made many many trips back to the front desk because the card didn’t work until another guest told us about it. The brunch was plentiful but never changed. We stayed 8 days and a bit of variety would have been nice. The pool area had beautiful views of Guadalajara church and other steeples but was inaccessible to two 75 year old women because the steps in were about 18” deep and the hand rails were very loose and wiggly. Pool was clean but there were no cushions for the lounge chairs. Location was good for walking to numerous squares and historical buildings. Great restaurants close by. Chai and Sandy’s both really good food.

We have been coming here for many years now and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and fresh.we love it here.

Nice, convenient location. Walkable to main sights. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice staff, though, English limited. Room was rather dark as window was facing corridor. Overall, good for money.
