総合評価とレビュー Chelsea Green Hotel, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy

コンパクトで、可愛らしいホテルでした。スタッフの方も大変フレンドリーでした。

まずホテルのスタッフはすごくフレンドリーで最高でした。 部屋もかわいくて清潔でしたが、値段の割にはかなり狭い。 また値段は高いのに朝食も別料金で、ミニバーとかも当然別料金。 周囲にはレストランとかも特に無いですし、まぁ静かで良いですけども。 この料金払ってここに泊まるならもっと市内の他のホテルに泊まることをおすすめします。

照明の影響かピンクカラーのかわいいお部屋でした。ですがわかってはいたのですが狭いです。スーツケースすら置くところなし。TVの画面が消えました(本体弄ったらなおりました)。照明スタンドの電球ちかちかしてました。電気ケトルのスイッチも入れづらかったり。きちんと揃えて置いておいたスリッパがあっちの方向向いてたり...とても些細な事ですが...。四つ星でお値段の割には快適さに欠けました。

South Kensigton駅から徒歩5分ほどのところにあります。周りの古風な建築とは異なり、とても現代風な建物です。少し歩けばお店の立ち並ぶ大きな通りや、深夜まで賑やかなバーがありますが、ホテルは通りの奥にあるため静かでした。

Really recommend hotel. Wonderful location and good room. Was a great surprise to learn we had breakfast included during our stay.

We picked the least expensive room and it was nicely decorated but very small. Shower pressure is rubbish. The staff are friendly and helpful, lovely location. Complimentary breakfast is a nice touch but stale pastries

Second time staying at the Sonder and once again, really impressed. A great spot in Chelsea at a very reasonable price in comparison. Staff are always helpful and the room has everything you need.

The hotel and staff - overall - were lovely. 1st room was nice but cleaning could do with a little more scrutiny : for instance the walls were still dirty, smudged with previous tenants toothpaste, and the second room clearly had someone smoking in the room prior to us checking in. Not a pleasant feeling

Awful - massive rip-off for the price. Nasty and unhelpful staff (our room was ready at 3 pm but he said if we entered before 4 pm they would charge us $50, ridiculous at a $450/night hotel) He made us sit and watched the clock before he gave us the keys. Then, the coffee maker was broken, the hook in the bathroom was very obviously broken and should have been fixed and we were kept awake all night by the guest in the room next door snoring — showing how cheap and flimsy the hotel was. Sonder is a RIP OFF - so many better hotels around London and Chelsea for the price.

Very nice clean, spacious rooms. Hallways don't give the best impression but very good deal.

We had to pay 35 pounds for earlier check in at 1:30 pm. Then at 3 pm, a fire alarm went off which interrupted our sleep. Room facilities were poor, which had only one small chair and desk. They don’t provide any cleaning at all. You have to ask for towels and toilet papers. No tissue box.

We arrived at 3 pm and were told our room was ready, but that if we wanted to enter before 4 pm, we would have to pay an additional “early” check in fee of $30. Ridiculous. The man at the check in made us sit there for 1 hour watching the clock before he “allowed” to enter our room at 4 pm. 3 pm is hardly “early” check in and plus the room was ready - absolutely no effort was made to be accommodating, instead just to extort us for $30.

Everyone booking this hotel should be aware that they do not service the rooms during your stay. It is small, basic and ends up dirty if you stay longer than a night.

Hyvää: sänky ja kylppäri. huonoa: meluisa ( 1 kerroksinen ikkuna!). Halusimme puolivälissä lomaa puhtaat pyyhkeet ja lakanat: juu, vaihtakaa itse. On kuin jostakin sketsistä. Aamiainen: ei kinkkua, makkaraa, munia jne ja: yhtenä aamuna juustot ja muut oli loppu. Henkilökunta: "eilen oli tilanne vielä pahempi", ja mitään pranannusta ei tullut. Lisäksi aamiaishuoneessa ei ollut kaikille syöjille edes kunnon istumapaikkaa. Tämä jo todella törkeää. Hotelli sijaitsee melkein keskellä ei mitään, kaikki palvelut matkojen päässä. Onneksi on terveet ja hyväkuntoiset jalat. Käsittämättömän huono koko hotelli muka tasoonsa nähden: Minun arvosana tasan "0"

Att detta hotell har fyra stjärnor är bara en scam. Smutsigt, ingen städning, ingen service, värdelös frukost, slitet, ingen bar eller restaurang… men nära Harrods och Hyde Park. Spillde ut ett glas vatten på golvet och pappret var svart efter att ha torkat. Välj något annat så ni inte också blir besvikna.

The staff are not interested and look like they don’t want to be there. The door lock system is absolutely stupid. The room was clean and the bed was very nice. Breakfast was basic and no one could work out the coffee machine it was too complicated.

The location close to Chelsea Common, and an easy (and beautiful) walk to South Kensington, is just amazing. And the relatively low cost to stay, I'd say, was very compelling for the area. The simple breakfast was high quality and well done. The rooms were simple, bare but had what you needed, and most importantly, very well priced. Highly recommended.

I stayed for three nights and the room was not serviced once. I asked for fresh towels and they never arrived. Breakfast is poor. The area is quiet, perhaps a bit far to tube stops but great to get a real taste of Chelsea and the Kings Road.

Superb location, great value for money, lovely accommodation - very comfortable

Superbra val för vår korta vistelse i London. Otroligt fin svit för bra pris. Bra läge, lugnt område men ändå centralt till västra delarna av London.
