We asked to clean our rooms , but one of our rooms was not cleaned 2days in a row , which was very uncomfortable.

2度めの利用です。現地に住む妹のおすすめです。 彼女と二人で泊まったのですが、彼女は車イスを利用するので、段差はNG。最初の部屋の鍵が不具合で、結局アップグレードした部屋に泊めてもらえました。リフトが狭く、車イス一台がやっとなのは不便ですが、その他は快適。シャンプーやドライヤーは持参した方がいいです。 立地もよく、近くにm＆sがあり便利。ただし、閉まるのは早いです。

繁華街に位置していて、ショッピング、食事に大変便利なエリアです。チェックイン時の対応は非常に親切で、部屋も清潔で快適でした。

Thanks to its very convenient location and helpful staff, I enjoyed my stay in Chester. Hotel facilities seemed a bit old, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Gave a good impression on arrival, receptionist friendly and efficient. Room was good size, facilities good, comfortable bed for a good sleep. Bedroom needs some updating to give power/USB near bed.

Do not stay here. Everything that could be bad was. The heating was on maximum in the room which we couldn't control, maybe 30c in there when we arrived? The air con did not work and the window would not open. The wallpaper was coming off the walls and ceiling and the bathroom paint was peeling all over the ceiling. There was also rust and mould everywhere in the bathroom. I did ask for assistance at reception but they just said the air con was broken. I asked for a fan but it didn't arrive before we decided we could not spend the night there and sought alternative accommodation for the night. This hotel needs urgent refurbishment before it should be open to the public.

Friendly staff very pleasant and went the extra mile with our room. We had a suite which was very nice and very convenient for all the town has to offer

Very central for historical sites and shops. Price was a bargain

Room was ok. Bed was two beds together so you kept falling down the gap in the middle. Needed a thick mattress topper that covers both beds so you couldn’t go down the gap. The hotel was a little tired inside with doors needing painting as it made the experience feel cheap. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was big but tv only had shopping channels so couldn’t watch anything. The room was also on the high street so all night we heard shouting and commotion so didn’t get much sleep. Some better glazing would help

Twin room needs a makeover. One small bedroom window very high up so you couldn’t see out and not much light getting through. Gave the sense of a prison. Very tired decor and furniture. The cheapest toilet paper on the market. One small residents bar which was under stocked. Didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on the food. Won’t be staying again. Not worth the money.

Nice hotel. Room was too hot, very dated and floors too creaky. Could do with some modernisation.

The room was ok but very tired. One piece of wallpaper was literally hanging off the wall.

Our room was ready early Lovely clean and spacious room Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good but no fruit Very central location Would recommend to others and would return when visiting Chester again

Room was lovely and clean and very spacious! Good facilities and very good location for our dinner reservations. Polite staff on reception and lovely reception area. Only giving 4 stars because of the noise as we were on the Main Street, lots of noise throughout the night, but I know that’s beyond the hotels problem.

The Room was spotless and the staff were all absolutely wonderful to deal with. My main issue was that outside my window had pigeons cooing all night and I unfortunately am a very light sleeper. Other wise great stay and I am happy to stay again but in a different part of the hotel.

The reception staff were not overly helpful. Seemed a bit of a bother to check us in. I had to ask where the lift and breakfast would be . Room and breakfast good .

The hotel location was fabulous however we faced disappointment with certain aspects of the stay: - the hotel bed had two hairs in the sheets / pillows on arrival which is quite disgusting - there were no towels in the room so we had to get some from the maid before showering causing an inconvenience - the room was incredibly hot and when we tried to use the air conditioning unit there was no remote in the room to actually turn it on so we had restless sleep every night I’d expect these issues not to arise considering the price paid for the 2 night stay. What can hotels.com do to compensate this?
