Unfortunately the smell of Curry and smoke permeated the halls and rooms of the Hotel. It was noticeable immediately upon entering the building. The smell of smoke is in the sheets and towels in our non smoking room. The room was clean and the staff were fabulous. Sadly we would not stay again.

The hotel room was okay, I found a lot of hair in the bathroom and the outlet by the bed had a shortage. I was told by an employee prior to our arrival that the handicap ramp was easy for wheelchairs and walkers to use. It wasn't, the ramp that was very steep. They refused to cancel my reservation by charging me fees for the 2 rooms. I was glad that the men that helped me get my mom and sister up the ramp to the second floor.

Old and loud A/C unit in the wall made it difficult to sleep. Very small Bathroom Bathroom counter had pieces of hair on it Lamp shades were ripped Always had a very foul smell Hotel needs a serious upgrade from outside to inside to inside the rooms

No cold water one night and no hot water the next morning. Out of date furniture with a strange smell. But I guess for the price it okay.

Beds were super comfy!! Front desk very friendly so yes we will be back.

The front desk threatened to cancel my room because they overbooked if i didn't pay for my 1st night before check in even opened and repeatedly called me harrassing me. I travel up to kansas frequently for rabbit shows. Bet your ass I WILL NOT be back after being treated like I was. And top it off when i got in the tv wouldnt work. I had to ask them to come up to fix it on Saturday.

Not a comfortable bed and very noisy on our floor

Overall, not bad. The only thing that was unappealing is that there were people in the parking lot on the back of a truck drinking alcohol outside my window at night and then when staff was cleaning rooms, walked past and the room was very messy from stayers (not property people's fault on that) but the door was wide open and smelled like BO.

Great Stay!

The rolling chair in the room was in very poor condition-vinyl was torn along edge of seat and chair back. Facet would not shut off in tub. Side entrance was found propped open with a brick on checkin day and when we left the following morning at 8:30am.

Nice for the price!

Very nice place

We found bed bugs in one of the beds and was offered a different room with the guarantee of no bed bugs in the new room. Why can’t there be a guarantee of no bed bugs in all the rooms. The staff apologized for the inconvenience and offered a full refund. We ended up going to a different hotel.

Location

Room was nice and cozy and warm. Freezing temps outside, so nice for a warm room, where heat could be adjusted to our liking. Coffee in the am in your room, or do downstairs and have a waffle, muffin, bagel, juice, coffee...very nice everywhere.

The shower was not hot just warm

Management made my stay very comfortable.

Room was below ground level. Beds were comfortable. Window latch was missing and could be entered while we were away. No coffee pot in room. Noise from above and next room easily heard. Breakfast area was very limited.
