The door to our room did not properly fit so there was A Large gap around most of the door there was mold growing behind the molding in the shower

Bad smell, dirty room, really dirty bathroom

Funny, one side of the bed squeaked. The A/C was either too warm at 72 or too cold at 70. The bathroom mirror is broken and the maintenance guy needs to fix the handicap handle in the shower. Some water pressure would be nice.

Room 113 had a gap in the door so large that you could see through. The door latch left little confidence it worked. The bathtub was so slick it was a danger to use. The beds sound like they are sitting on top of a metal trash can. Any little movement echoed throughout the room. Room 109 which was listed as non-smoking, but smelled of smoke really bad. We left at 6:00am because the tradesmen staying at the hotel made so much noise starting at 5:00am that it was not worth trying to sleep any longer. We cut our nights from 3 to just the 1.

Very clean and comfortable.

Ease of check in, and location in relation to everything needed was great. Rooms were clean and everything worked great! Breakfast was great and had a little snack/drink store in the lobby if needed. Didn’t use the pool but it appeared to be well kept too!

Nice hotel experience and sufficient room. Enjoyed breakfast and in room added coffee ! Toilet had some issues with flushing, but overall enjoyed my stay.

Stay was fine. No issues. Room was clean and comfortable.

I've been staying there a few times lately. As always... clean, friendly, and nice. The shower lever needs a little wok in that particular room... but it functioned. That's the reason for the 2 - 4 stars.

Terrible.The bathroom door hit the toilet every time it opened, the floors were dirty. I would not stay there again!

They did not clean our room 2 out of 5 days. One day they only made one bed, only cleaned the floor twice.

The property is easy to get to. Many dining and shopping options in area. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff very efficient.

We stayed May 18-23. We get there and get checked in and then we were informed that the pool will not be open until Memorial Day which is three days after we leave. The problem with this is it was advertised as being open from May-October, nothing about opening Memorial Day. We did have things to do around the city, thank goodness but, we also wanted to spend some time at the pool just swimming and relaxing.

The property is in poor condition .. the fencing is falling over. The toilet did not work when we checked in.. got it working by husband turning the water valve on. The duvet/comforter cover on the bed we slept in was shredded with the stuffing showing where it was destroyed. The roll in shower was gross. We would not set foot in it. The downstairs ice maker was inoperable and with no elevator, this 80 year old was not inclined to hike up to the second floor so we did not have ice! The only positive thing was a very good breakfast.. great collection of breakfast items hot and cold. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

There was water on the floor from the toilet, a small leak. The toilet paper roll came off the wall. Other than the bathroom issues, we enjoyed our stay.

When you book a room because the description says pool open May - October and you’re told after you check in that the pool doesn’t actually open until Memorial Day weekend it ticks you off. The room smells musty but looks fairly clean, we will see what breakfast brings us in the morning
