初夏のバンクホリデーの当日と翌日の２連泊。最初の日は、キラニーの街中がにぎわっていて、ホテルの前の国道７１号線（マクロスロード）も渋滞、ほてるのテラスも夜遅くまで観光客で盛り上がっていました。翌日は、観光客も帰路についたようで、ホテル内も静寂そのもの。伝統的なホテルで、室内は広く、リニューアルされていて快適でした。

The staff was incredible. We left behind some clothing and did not realize it until a few days later. The staff went out of their way to ship it out to The United States for us

We were allocated a room in the Randles Townhouse. I would not recommend this particular venue to anyone unfortunately. It’s out of the way, has no restaurant or much else with limited parking and really disturbing lighting controls

Very nice property, quiet and close to town. Marie at the front desk is a lovely and helpful person.

This was by far my favorite hotel my entire Ireland trip. Staff were great, room was wonderful and parking was a breeze. I was worried about distance to town center but was absolutely walkable in less than 5 minutes and felt safe the entire time. This is a great hotel and can’t wait to visit again!!

El hotel muy bonito, la atención espectacular, nos tocó upgrade de cuarto 😊,la comida muy rica. Solo un detalle nosotros íbamos en coche y nos ayudaron a subir las maletas al hotel que está un poco difícil, y me lastimaron la maleta por como la subieron. Pero todo lo demás excepcional.

Classy traditional Irish ambiance. Well-trained attentive helpful staff. Beautifully decorated rooms. Fantastic convenient location to city centre but just off the beaten path.

Townhouse was amazing! Very cozy, clean and location was decent!

This property could be so much more with some improvements. A property can remain Victorian with updates. Windows are original single pane so you hear everything. The road outside the hotel is non stop and I mean non stop from 6am to 10pm. Two nights in a row I had to call down to the front desk to ask when the music would be turned off at 11:30pm, our room was above the front outside patio. Then the last day the music started at 7am. I mean come on a reasonable time frame for loud music would be 8am to 10pm. This is national park people are sightseeing all day and are tired when they come back. The bathroom had been updated however there was mold growing in the ceiling that should be addressed soon. No air conditioning and in room heating which is weird for a 4 star hotel. No in room fridge. If they did some updates this hotel could be absolutely amazing. The lobby and restaurant was updated very nicely.

This hotel is elegant with a fabulous restaurant. It's very conveniently located to both the center of town and the Killneray National Park, which is spectacular. Highly recommended.

This property was kind of our favourite places we stayed. Clean, lots of options to sit and visit and townhomes newly renovated.

We loved our stay at the Randles hotel! We stayed in the townhouse in a king room!! Room was new and beautifully decorated. The bed was a little harder than we are used to sleeping on though. The hotel is just a 7 or 8 minute walk from Killarney city center and also close to the starting point for the Ring of Kerry. Highly recomnend!

Rooms is the Town House were exceptional, current and clean. The Hotel itself was beautiful, cozy and charming.
