建物はホテルではなくモーテルの様なつくりでした。ベッドに寝ている時に家族がドアを開け、駐車場にいる人と目が合いました。プライバシーが、、、。次回の宿泊はもうないと思います。

We had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn Mount Vernon! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we realized we had forgotten our chargers, the front desk went above and beyond by lending us one that had been left behind—such a thoughtful touch! We were also upgraded to a suite due to a double booking, and it made our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it exceeded our expectations! There were hot waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and plenty of other options to satisfy everyone in the family. Overall, a great experience with excellent service. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Room wasnt completly cleaned. And it smelled of smoke.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and the room was clean/spacious.

Good enough for us after a long day in the airport and a quick start in the morning.

Appropriate quality for the price

Looks run down from outside but room was decent and clean. Not bad for a place to stop and sleep.

Walmart across the street, IHOP, and fast food options. They were gracious about my grandchildren using the pool and provided towels. Fixed the hot water in the bathroom when needed. They allowed for our truck to be parked there.

Bit noisey as it is right beside a Burger king drive through, that being said, the lights keep the room bright at night, curtsins don't cover the window enough to block the light... other then they is good

Service rooms were open with bags of dirty linen and garbage lying in the hallway. The hallways carpets were dirty. We walked into a room with a random water puddle in the middle of the room. The washroom tub had mold stains at two spots. The coffee at breakfast was barely warm. Good things - the pool, hot tub and location

The stay was more or less decent and in line with what we expected for a 2* hotel. However, there was a fire at 1:00am in the kitchen area of the hotel on day 2 of our stay. Fortunately, there was no damage since the emergency services arrived immediately and took care of the situation. This meant there was no heat or hot water for the next 2 days which was a big problem. I requested some sort of monetary compensation for the 2 nights remaining for our stay but we refused. We ended up paying for the whole stay but stayed most of the time without heat or hot water.

Bathroom tiny. Loud traffic from freeway. Needs some updating. Toilet seat needed replaced.

Perfectly adequate hotel in Mt. Vernon.

Outdated, could use a deep cleaning

Affordable, conveniently located, clean, but not much to look at and the hot tub did not work properly

It isnt a nice place, small parking lot and uncomfortable beds.
