Great location. Clean and excellent staff

Great part of downtown and the staff were professional and friendly.

Only complaint was valet, they did have a sense of urgency on checking you in or getting your car. 2 of them stood and talked while we waited for them to move the car ahead of us. When he called for the car the gentlemen was sitting at the desk making popcorn. The guy that brought us our car apologized for the wait. My only advice would be to at least acknowledge people so they are aware and know you get to them as soon as you can. It’s not something that would make me not want ti stay there. It’s a great location is your in town for a game, good area and close to a few bars and restaurants. Has a quaint little bar, great gym and sitting areas.

Property was great as usual. Wish there was more of a parking availability. 60$ for one night is excessive for Minnesota. Members should not have better options.

This place is great, close to everywhere you want to go in downtown Minneapolis. The room was spacious. However, there is some kind of constant noise that made it difficult to fall asleep. I told the front desk about it. Porter said he would shave maintenance take a look and I never heard another word about it. The problem never got addressed. When I checked out and said something about the noise again, the front desk agent acknowledged that yes that is in other rooms as well???? Caleb in Valet was excellent!!!

Liked the convenient location. Didn't care for the food choices on dinner menu.

Amazing staff very nice place

Front desk and valet were quick, helpful and kind. Nice full bar and bartender that was great. Room was clean and comfy.

This is my second stay in Hyatt Centric, Minneapolis. Like earlier, I was impressed by the warmth and level of services. The property is very clean and has all amenities. The room was perfect in all aspects. The cost is reasonable and the downtown location is very central. My recommendations - I hope to stay here again.

We had a very nice and time. The bed was clean and comfortable. Our room was very clean. We got in and out just fine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We missed the opportunity of the skywalk access. Next time. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the accommodations and check in easy. However, I am really disappointed with the unresponsiveness of the hotel to get back to me about an issue that happened during the stay. We purchased food by calling the front desk and went downstairs to pay for our food with my personal credit card. Shortly after we were called by the front desk and told we would need to come down to get a refund since the kitchen staff all walked out. We came down and they said they couldn’t do the refund and they would get back to me regarding it. If the bill wasn’t $63.49 it wouldn’t be as big of a deal, but I have spoken with 4 people at this point with no help. I am disappointed that I am going to have to work with my credit card company to fight the charge on my account. This has been an unnecessary hassle and very frustrating. The hotel itself is decent and there is a nice workout room, but this situation has really tainted my opinion on the hotel.

Amazing location and wonderful old building. It used to be the Minneapolis Athletic Club, so make sure to check out the fitness room! Bed was comfortable and had ample charging ports. Ideally located within downtown, close to light rail and key bus stops. Walking distance from convention center, Guthrie theater, and multiple sports venues.

It was very quiet

It was a super good stay I loved the hotel room it was super nice but the fee for buying a water is crazy $7 for a life water. And they said they were doing a $150 hold but took the money and never gave it back which the front desk person said it was just a hold and would be returned. I emailed them and nothing they never explained why I wasn’t going to get that money back so that’s why I wouldn’t stay here again
