Wonderful

ハウスキーピングのレベルが低すぎます。 ティッシュが空でも補充なし、シャワー時に備え付けのヘア&シャワージェルが空になっていたのは困りました。 さらに驚いたのは、滞在時にターンダウンに来た男性が、バスルームにバスマットを敷く際、床にマットを落とし、靴のままの足で広げだしたのです。 またシーツ類は6泊で一度も交換されませんでした。 ターンダウンがあるとは言え、ベッド上のカバー、クッションは初日以来ずっと部屋内のキャビネットの上に置いたままで、邪魔ですし、ハウスキーピングで補充のなかった物のチェックもなく、ターンダウンの意味がありません。 タオル交換と先述のバスマットを広げるだけです。 ミニバーのチェックは、夜10時過ぎにベルをならされ迷惑でした。 そのミニバーは全く使用せずでしたのにチェックアウト時に130€の請求があり、訂正はされましたが、管理にも疑問がありました。 エレベーターは掃除カートを持ったスタッフと何度も一緒になり、狭いのでこちらが譲ることもありました。 部屋にテラスがありましたが、2日間隣のテラスでの工事があり(窓からは人影も見えます)騒音と粉砕で窓も開けれない状態でした。 日中だけでしたが、その期間はこの部屋の使用は止めるべきレベルですし、最低でも告知は必要でしょう。 他にも不快なことが多々あり、5つ星のレベルではなかったです。

ペニンシュラの目の前に位置し、対応も良く快適に過ごせた

隣接するゴウジャスなペニンシュラーホテルとは正反対のコンパクトで清潔感のあるホテル。五つ星でありながら料金は手頃でまったく気取らないホテルで家族連れによい。

The location of this hotel is very convenient, such as eight minutes' walk from Arc de Triomphe or three minutes' walk from the nearest metro station Kleber. The room is very clean with free mini bar drinks, and the fitness club is wonderful at all with latest fitness machines and a cozy and clean swimming pool.

大きなプールやハマム、サウナ、ジムもあり、マッサージも受けることができ、パリの真ん中でのんびりできる素敵なホテルでした。

ジュニアースイートから広いスイートにアップグレード、これは良かったですが、 バスローブが汚れてても、取り替えない、新聞も２日くらい届いて、あと来ない、文句言っても、届かなかった。 コンシェルジュが若すぎるというか、気が利かない。 プールがあるから選びましたが、スタッフが暇なくせに汚れた場所を、水で流すなど、まったくしない。

8月にこのホテルで5泊しました。 施設の規模はそれほど大きくありませんが、落ち着きと高級感があるホテルです。 部屋もおそらく一番下のグレードでしたが、非常にきれいで快適な空間でした。 何より従業員の対応が非常に良く、ルックスもかなりのイケメンぞろいで女性客 であれば、それだけでもかなりテンションが上がりそうなポイントだと思います（笑） コストに見合った非常にすばらしいホテルです。地下鉄の駅(KLEBER)にも非常に 近く、凱旋門やシャンゼリゼ通りには歩いて行けます。パリで宿泊する際はぜひ ご利用ください。期待は絶対裏切らないと思います！

凱旋門に近く、交通至便。部屋は普通。プールがいい。何より従業員の気取らないhospitalityが最高。

I thought the hotel was so so. I arrived early morning and my room was not ready. As hotel was full, they could not offer me a place to relax. Receptionist called me back about 1 pm that the room was ready: to my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a suite. However, in the suite, there was only one vent to the bedroom area, none for the rest of the unit (bathroom, hallway and mini-kitchen, which was cold). It would have been ok if the weather was not so cold (it was 0 to 5 degrees C). Lobby was ok and the restaurant was just a place to eat. Staff were nice and helpful, but that did not make up for the lack of ambience and comfort. IMO, this property does not merit a 5-star rating.

A gem of a hotel. Ideally located near the arc De Triomphe this hotel offers fantastic service, delicious food and the room was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. The reception was always available and happy to help with any requests you may have from hotel requests to sorting bookings for meals and events you might want to attend while in Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel for a bit of luxury to enhance your visit.

Stuff was great. I liked the rooms. The lobby was too simple, i didn't like it. Also I didn’t like the breakfast.

Fantastiskt rum (vi hade Majestic suiten)! Personalen var superproffsig. Poolen var underbar.

Todo esta bien! Sin duda regresaría el desayuno para un mexicano, nunca va a hacer basto ni variado..! Pero general bien! Muy lindo el Hotel Magestic
