他にもホテルはありましたが、オタワらしいホテルに泊まりたかったのでこちらを選びました。たまたまなのか夜遅くまでデモかライブか、目前の公園でやっており、うるさかったです。一方、スタッフの方々は海外の私たちにも優しく接して下さり、とても印象が良かったです。朝食付のプランがあったのか不明ですが、2泊するなら試してみたかったと思いました。ドライヤーが壊れていたのでフロントに伝え、代わりの物を届けてもらいましたが、このランクのホテルなら、備品の作動確認は事前にやっておいて欲しいとも思いました。

フロントで両替してもらえなかった。夜中に非常ベルが鳴り、避難した。ボヤ騒ぎであったが、ホテル側からの説明はなし。

Nice hotel! Close to so much!

I love the Lord Elgin for the location and the history. The room we stayed in was basic but comfortable. The bathroom had been recently upgraded, which was nice. Minor quibble: the carpet at the bottom of the wardrobe had marks that almost looked like paw prints. We enjoyed the stay and will come back. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We’ve stayed at the Lord Nelson many times when visiting our daughter while she was at Carlton University. However this last time wasn’t so great. Our room was right by the elevator so we were kept up throughout the night by loud unruly guests returning to their rooms in the wee hours. Add to this our room had a person letter for another guest left in our room and the bathroom had hair all over the floor making us believe we were in someone else’s room. Not the experience we had grown to expect.

Will be staying again next trip to Ottawa.

Clean and comfortable room.

The unavoidable construction was a bit of a problem. With that said, the staff was very accommodating in that regard as we were there during the Tulip Festival and it was quite busy.

I enjoyed the history of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel. The $45 parking is a bit expensive.

Great location. Rooms are a fairly good size although not as large as shown online and we looked out at air conditioning units so that wasn’t great. But the staff overall were friendly.

Salle de bain petite, certains valets ne sont pas gentils et de plus ils ont modifies mes settings pour mon siege, miroirs etc.

Amazing location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Very clean room! Valet parking is pricey but worth it, no need to worry about parking meters.

Needs to provide more water to clients - in the room or in the lobby. Otherwise I like staying here.
