他にもホテルはありましたが、オタワらしいホテルに泊まりたかったのでこちらを選びました。たまたまなのか夜遅くまでデモかライブか、目前の公園でやっており、うるさかったです。一方、スタッフの方々は海外の私たちにも優しく接して下さり、とても印象が良かったです。朝食付のプランがあったのか不明ですが、2泊するなら試してみたかったと思いました。ドライヤーが壊れていたのでフロントに伝え、代わりの物を届けてもらいましたが、このランクのホテルなら、備品の作動確認は事前にやっておいて欲しいとも思いました。

フロントで両替してもらえなかった。夜中に非常ベルが鳴り、避難した。ボヤ騒ぎであったが、ホテル側からの説明はなし。

It was overall good. The bathroom was small and did not have a dedicated fan, but the room fan worked for that purpose.

i have stayed here multiple times as it is one of my favourite hotels to stay at when visiting ottawa. this time around we got a queen room which was the same price as the executive suite i had gotten last year. i felt out of all the rooms i stayed at this one was the smallest. you could also hear everything in the hallways, people slamming doors, there was no quiet. the room was very small, the toilets were very loud, the elevators are not well maintained. the valet seemed like chaos and was not as smooth as previous visits. overall it is a place to sleep when visiting, but i have noticed the decline with the hotel overall through the years.

Despite some renovations happening in lobby area, the rooms were super clean and comfortable and the staff were great. Gym/tub/pool were all clean, and very quiet for our trip! Proximity to parliament, mint, and many options for local eats was also convenient.

It looks like the room wasn’t ready. The bed was moved forward all the way there was electrical wires on the bed and on the ground the phone was not working when I went to use it for the valley the restaurant I had lumps in my coffee and the young man who serve us was totally lost and confused.

The room was okay, very cold. The thermostat did nothing. The view was of a cement wall and an AC unit. Room 201. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
