他にもホテルはありましたが、オタワらしいホテルに泊まりたかったのでこちらを選びました。たまたまなのか夜遅くまでデモかライブか、目前の公園でやっており、うるさかったです。一方、スタッフの方々は海外の私たちにも優しく接して下さり、とても印象が良かったです。朝食付のプランがあったのか不明ですが、2泊するなら試してみたかったと思いました。ドライヤーが壊れていたのでフロントに伝え、代わりの物を届けてもらいましたが、このランクのホテルなら、備品の作動確認は事前にやっておいて欲しいとも思いました。

フロントで両替してもらえなかった。夜中に非常ベルが鳴り、避難した。ボヤ騒ぎであったが、ホテル側からの説明はなし。

I'm not sure if we just were unlucky with the room but there was a fairly loud noise coming from the bathroom that seemed to be from the hotel HVAC system, it was loud enough to be bothersome at night when trying to get to sleep, even with the door closed. That being said the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a view of the park and very convenient location to downtown attractions and the staff were very courteous. I would stay there again if the noise could be mitigated.

Renovations going on at front, staff is limited at front to answer questions, food at restaurant is subpar. Room was fine, but was facing rear full of renovation equipment.

Location is great, room clean, renovated - bathroom spotless. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay again. We sadly stayed for one short night with late check in so we didn't have too much interaction with any of the staff

Were we supposed to get a free breakfast because we paid 60$ for breakfast.

Rooms and dining were over priced, however the hotel was not bad.

Clean room, amenities and the space was perfect.

A lovely classic old hotel, albeit one in the midst of significant renovation. That said, surprisingly good value in an expensive hotel city and very well located for anything you might need in Byward Market, University of Ottawa and downtown/Centretown.

Hotel is under renovations. Limited parking for pickup trucks (only 4 spots). Was offered complimentary dessert but had to remind the concierge desk several times to have it delivered. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

I would suggest getting rid of Keurig coffee/tea makers and replace with something that doesn’t use plastic non- recyclable containers. Also more tea options (non-caffeinated) would be nice.

Staff was very courteous. Currently under renovations... so expect a little noise. Windows were a little dated and heard noise from the streets. Plumbing works but can hear the flusing from other rooms above... rather loud. Bathrooms are nice, love the marble floors and showers. Great location for restaurants down the street (great Peruvian place 4 minutes walk called Raphaels)

Everything and everyone at the hotel were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and kind. We love to stay there. So comfortable!
