宿泊先での対応はきめ細かく、ゲストの要望は最大限対応して頂いた。ただこちらがどうしようかと迷う時に少し強引にサービスを強要されている感じを受けた。例えば帰りのフライトが朝8:00にパリまで移動だったので、タクシーを手配しただけなのにルームサービスで朝食はと聞かれた。飛行機の中でもまた朝食を出されることは理解していたので食べたくなかったが、結局その強引さに負けて朝食をルームサービスで食べたが、30分しか出発の時間が無い中であわてて食べて、予定時刻の5分前にチェックアウトし空港へ向かう事と成った。後でやはりルームサービスを取るべきでなかったと反省した。アラブ特有の商売熱心さかも知れないが、ゲストが迷っている時には様々なオプションがあり少しゲストに考える余裕を持たせて欲しい。また既にExpediaを通して費用は支払い済みなのに現地で費用を請求された。特に確認せずクレジットカードで決済したが、よく考えるとなぜこのような事が起こるのかわからない？二重に請求されるのであれば問題と考える。ビジネスの場合、費用支払い元が一定の制限を設けており、予算内で宿泊料金も決っているため超過分は個人負担になる。このことは判っていても十分考える余裕が無い中でサービスを強要されると面倒になり了解するケースがあるが後で考えると納得できない

Have been coming for 13 years and it’s truly fabulous. It’s an oasis of calm with much to do and lovely lovely people - all of them- got to mention Faruk, and of course Dev who is ultra helpful and kind and a real ambassador for the hotel

Clean, good breakfast.. negatives too many optional pools that different levels of customers can or can’t use, different opening and closing times in restaurants, missing the fine touches that you have in most hotels in UAE.

Das Beach Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind an sich ganz okay. Das Zimmer Standard könnte ein wenig großer sein, vor allem wenn man mit Kind übernachtet. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls etwas klein, ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne (keine Dusche). die Anlage ist top, auch top für Kinder mit einem großen und kleinen Wasserspielplatz. Mehrere Pools sind vorhanden, eins davon auch beheizt. Schöne Strandlange. Zu bemängeln ist das Frühstück in dem Hauptrestaurant - kein Glutenfriees Brot, keine Butter sondern eher ein Pflanzenfett, keine Hafermilch, kein entkoffeinierter Kaffee. Aber alles frisch und sauber. Das ist zwar Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber dafür wählt man ja auch ein Top Hotel aus und zahlt auch dem entsprechend. Nichts desto trotzt, uns ( mit ein 2,5 jähriges Kind ) hat die Anlage sehr gut gefallen, sodass wir wieder kommen würden. Nur leider ist die Anlage sehr weit weg vom eigentlich geschehen in Dubai, auch wenn ein kostenloses Shuttle Service angeboten wird.

Excellent facilities, excellent and helpful staff. Only downside was music blaring from another venue until early hours of the morning on one night of our five night stay.

Spa was amazing, the staff was great and professional. We really enjoyed a nice family vacation at the resort. A special thanks to Prasad and Vicky from the breakfast staff in the kitchen for considering our dietary wishes.

We loved staying at this place, will definitely be back!

If you have work in JA it is good but if you need to go to the city daily then this is not for you

Hübsches Resort mit diversen Pools, gepflegtem Strand, geräumigen Zimmern und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Auch beim Essen gibt’s nichts zu beanstanden. Das SPA bzw. deren Leistungen sind gut aber wirklich überteuert.

This hotel is beginning to show it's age, and whilst it is still very good I felt it has waned from the previous time I stayed (last year). It's still an excellent hotel - I like it because it's quiet, big, sporty and wide open. It's also on the beach so it's breezy which is great during the hot months. Sadly, the room upgrade was pointless. BUT! The team at the Italian restaurant on the rooftop are FABULOUS. Really, the service at that hotel is second-to-none. The price should be reduced to reflect the age of the hotel.
