総合評価とレビュー Holiday Inn Express LILLE CENTRE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

近くにスーパーが三件あり便利です。 ４泊しましたが、冷蔵庫と収納スペースがあれば有り難かったです。 フロントに飲料の泡あり、泡無し水があったので、良かったです。

今回は仕事で利用。 チェックイン時間より早く到着したけれど、部屋をすぐ用意してくれた。 個人的なお願いをとても快くきいてもらえてとても快適に過ごせた。 部屋や共用部分も掃除が行き届いており快適。 アメニティーはシンプルだが周辺で手に入る店があるので問題なし。

チェックイン時は予約確認票を提出したら滞りなく鍵を貰えました。言葉も英語で大丈夫です。 ボーイさんとかはいなくて、スーツケースは自分で部屋に持っていきます。 部屋は広くはないですが、出張等で使用するには十分な広さです。クーラーと冷蔵庫はありませんが、ドライヤーはありました。 バス・トイレはきれいで、普通に使いやすかったです。 朝食は、果物、クロワッサン、チョコチップ入りのパン、食パン、ハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、シリアル、ヨーグルトなど、軽めのものを自由に取ってきて食べる方式です。特にパン類がおいしくて、単体でも美味しく頂けます。コーヒー、紅茶も、専用のサーバーがあります。 夕食は、通常はレストランを営業していないようでした。 ホテルのとなりにカルフール・エキスプレスがあって、7時から21時まで営業しています。飲料水とか日用品を揃えるのに便利です。ホテル周辺には和食、中華の店が数件、飲み屋はたくさんあります。また、リールの繁華街の方面にも徒歩で10分くらいで歩いて行けます。 夜は静かで、よく眠れました。 交通の便は、メトロ駅から歩いてすぐなので、便利な場所だと思います。 前払いで予約したんですが、チェックアウトもスムーズで、追加料金もなく、あっさりとチェックアウトできました。

De parkeergarage is dichtbij (onder het hotel) maar de in- en uitrit zo smal dat wij de auto hebben beschadigd.

Prima accomodatie met het gemak van een prive parkeergarage. Het ontbijt mag wel wat uitgebreider.

Net en mooi hotel

Inne helt topp. Meget trang inn og utkjørsel garasje. Hadde vært litt greit med lys i hotel skiltene, så hadde det vært litt lett å se når man ankom. For kjører du forbi blitt det litt omkjøring. Masse trange og enveis kjørte gater. Personel veldig hyggelig. Nær til alt i gå avstand.

Très bon pied à terre. Je m'y suis souvent posée. Centre accessible à pied, accueil chaleureux, literie confortable. Petit dej inclus. Idéal pour un week-end à Lille.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags and were allowed to stay in the reception while waiting for our train back home. We didn’t like the location, it does not have the best atmosphere and quite far from all the attractions. Hotel structure is also disappointing. Reception area is nice/recently renovated. However, the corridors and rooms are dated with poor decor. The bathroom (specifically the toilet) was not clean. Breakfast was also disappointing: bad coffee (from a machine), a lack of traditional local products, no fresh sliced fruit (though some whole fruits available). Having read the good reviews about breakfast we expected a bit more.

Peaceful, clean, acres of room, friendly service, good night’s sleep. Will come again

Hôtel bien situé propre et fonctionnel. Parking.

De kamer was koud en de verwarming kon maximaal op 22 graden gezet worden (zogezegd voor het milieu maar in werkelijkheid is het gewoon besparen op het comfort van de klanten). In werkelijkheid werd de kamer na vele uren niet warmer dan 20 graden. De inrit van de parking was extreem smal voor een grote auto net zoals de parkeerplaatsen.

Nice location, near to the centre. Clean, good beds. Breakfast is also ok, the buffet is fine but not very efficient.

Convenient location to walk around Lille. Staff were excellent, especially Julia at reception who gave fabulous restaurant recommendations and even booked us a table. Bedroom was a little compact, but had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A* STAFF. Easy flat walk to all main areas ie westfield shopping centre, the big christmas market the normal sunday market. All the eateries and love architecture.
