チェックイン時、VIP accessの特典を忘れられていたり、予約画面と違う部屋をアサインされたりしましたが、確認をお願いしたら予約通りのお部屋に変わり、特典も受け取る事ができました。 お部屋やホテルの中はとても綺麗で快適なので文句はありませんでした。

とにかく広くてキレイで、スタッフも優しくてよかったです！

The biggest and coziest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Very nice hotel. It needs to be known that there is no parking at the hotel and that you have to pay for valet. Besides the Valet daily rates, this was a nice stay.

The room I was in was very spacious. I slept well and I loved that everything was in walking distance.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Leider funktionierte die Lüftung im Bad nicht. Valet parking absolut zuverlässig. Aktuell wurde kein Frühstücksbuffett angeboten. Nur a la Carte. Die versprochene Flasche Wein, wurde ersatzlos gestrichen. Die versprochenen Bademänteln hätte man,nach entsprechender Nachfrage erhalten können. Das wurde erst beim Check Out erklärt.

Our room was ready even before 3pm, so we were able to check in early. The room they gave us was huge! The room was clean & the price was truly affordable. Negatives: our room had no ice bucket, & though I requested 1 from the front desk our first day, never got it in the 3 days we were there; the safe didn’t work—couldn’t reset it, so never used it.

Houese keeping is horrible!They dont even clean up the rooms!(well at least on the second floor)Restaurant and bars were close !plus the offer a 1 bottle service per stay but they saod they dont do that anymore!

This was a great stay and a beautiful hotel. Parking was a little on the expensive side, but other than that, everything was great. The rooftop pool was amazing.

This room was well appointed with a nice aesthetic. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Nice place. Front desk workers weren’t too pleasant. The door to the pool you have to pull way too hard. Troy at front desk was nice. They charge to hold your bags $2 per bag.

AC did not work, had a hard time getting extra towels, phones not working to call downstairs, vending machines not working, breakfast was terrible for $25. No drink options at the restaurant. Pool hard to locate, no towels available for the pool. Terrible experience. Rooms not clean.

The rooms are of nice size. They do need to remove the "free bottle of wine" perk since they no longer offer it. Overall, I like this property. I refer my family to it when they're in town.
