静かだが周囲にショッピングセンターレストランがあり便利だった。

ロケーションも良く、特に不満のない滞在でした。

部屋に大きな扇風機が置いてあり 空調設備が無かったので、夏場は多分 扇風機で凌ぐのかな？と。 今回は10月頭に宿泊したのでオイルヒーターの様な暖房で過ごしました。 立地環境は歩いてすぐの所にPlaza（ショッピングモール）も有り便利です。 その周りにも路面店が沢山有りますが 平日はpm4時に閉まるので注意が必要です。 今回パーミーの空港から早朝便だったので 寝るだけの近いホテルでココを予約しましたが、数日泊まる予定なら他も検討しても良いのかな？と。 立地は良いので多くを求めなければ 全然有りなホテルです。

利便性は良かったが、別棟を案内され、二階建の二階で重たい荷物は自分で運ばないと駄目だし、安全性が低かったため追加料金で部屋をチェンジしてもらった。

予約時にエキストラベッドをリクエストしていたのに、到着時に、それはできないと言われ、とても困りました。 できないなら、早くにメールで教えて欲しかった。そしたら、キャンセルして、他を探したのに。

Great hotel for convenience & overall amenities. Spacious room with everything we need.

The remote for the TV didnt work so I spoke to reception who said they would sort it. I waited 2hrs then went to bed. I mentioned it when I checked and and all the receptionist said was "Oh, thats a shame". Pretty disappointed.

There was no hot water which sounds like a common problem there

We were only there one night but found staff and room just lovely, the young girl in the bar was such a friendly and helpful person - it was all great!!

I was quite disappointed I could not have a snack or drink from the room. Apparently the mini bar idea was cancelled over Covid. This should be reinstated as I know it is a welcome treat and convenience for being in your room especially when you do not have transport and the weather is terrible.

Clean, spacious room, everything I needed for a one night stay

Tv and phone don’t work properly and staff did nothing about it. There’s a fan in the bathroom that can’t be turned off. Very annoying

Good rooms very tired need a revamp

Normally stay here and have excellent stay but after trying to shower that night no hot water, AC that only trickled out heat on full! and no spare blanket so doubled over duvet to warm. Lovely clean rest of facilities and staff very friendly. Will give another chance as hope only one off.

Great stay for a weekend getaway. Rooms were nice and clean and service from reception was amazing. I love how there’s a locked carpark just feels a little bit more safer. Super close to all shops bars and cafes

Excellent central hotel. Walking distance to central Palmerston North. Easy check in, very pleasant room, good restaurant and bar. Well worth staying there.

No teeth brush and water for the room

Perfect location and an excellent room. Parking facility was easily accessible.
