駅からホテルまては徒歩20分、ビーチは目の前でした。カフェやレストランがあり手軽に利用出来て便利なロケーションです。帰りはレセプションでタクシーを呼んで貰い料金も確認して駅までタクシーを使いました。(片道12ユーロ)チェックアウト後に荷物を夕方近くまで預けたのてすが、気持ちの良い対応でした。ただキッチンの上のお部屋だったせいか音が響きました。

Expedia advised parking available when it was not.per Expedia Parking was $28 and it was $40 /and not available. Non functioning a/c - and super hard beds. Staff advised a/c unit on 6th floor so too hard to cool first floor. Shower small. Paid for sea front view and only had partial view so false advertising. Wouldn’t change room because “fully booked”. Left a day early and stayed at another hotel. Night manager and breakfast staff were lovely. They should find another better hotel to showcase their talents and kindness.

Hotellet var bra på noen områder. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var ikke alltid så vennlig innstilt. Videre har enten Hotels.com eller hotellet oppgitt feil markedsinformasjon/ tilbuds informasjon hva gjelder tilgang på strand. Det står i beskrivelsen at man har tilgang til privat strand, solstol og parasoll. Dette stemmer ikke helt med virkeligheten. Stranden i Viareggio er alt annet enn privat, og man må betale hver dag for å benytte seg av dette "tilbudet". I markedsføringen, ser det ut som alt er inkludert. Videre var det ikke støy isolerte rom. Vi høre støy fra andre gjester og vinduene mot gaten var ikke støy tette. Italienere, er etter vår erfaring, i utgangspunktet dårlig på kommunikasjon. Dette bør man være klar over i dette tilfelle. Ring hotellet på forhånd og avklar hva som gjelder med tanke på de behov man har.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean room, fantastic staff, and delicious food. We had to make a last minute change to our travel plans, and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating.

Such a wonderful stay!! The staff was beyond incredibly helpful and kind. The food was excellent! Breakfast was varied and there was a wide selection. Dinner was outstanding - every single dish was delicious. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel right near the beach

Perfect location!!!!!!!! Elena at the front desk was fantastic. We had two rooms on different floor floors and she arranged it so we could all be on one floor. It made the stay so much better. Breakfast was fantastic. We had dinner there a little disappointed the portions was small, but delicious. Great AC.

A great property. I've stayed there many nights over the last five years and always have a good experience. Good facitlity, good staff, close to the train station (15 minute walk), and good restaurants in the area
