The man at the front desk was very polite to me even though I couldn't speak the language, and when I asked how to open the room key, he told me. The same woman always serves breakfast, so it was reassuring, and it was also nice to be able to drink delicious cappuccino. It was a great place to walk to famous tourist spots such as Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, yet be away from the crowds. I was able to relax during my stay. Thank you! I would like to stay here again if I have the chance to go to Rome!

対応が悪かった。こちらがお願いレベルで頼んでいることなので、受ける義務がないのは分かるが、契約内容をちゃんと読め、などと説教がましく言われる筋合いもない。海外だからではなく、単に対応が悪いだけ。ちなみに、他のホテルでは快く受けてくれるところもあった。二度と利用することはないのは確か。

スタッフも親切で主要な観光地に近く便利。 ホテルの目の前にバス停があり観光地に行きやすく、空港までのシャトルバスの乗り場も徒歩5分のところにある。

部屋は小さめですが清潔でした。特に水回りがリノベーションされていてよかったです。またシングルベット二つの事前希望もちゃんと用意されていました。 WIFIも使用に困らない十分なスピードでした。

La habitación es muy ruidosa, había problemas de limpieza en el baño que tenía una mancha no sé de qué. Y también animalitos como insectos en la habitación. Ya había estado antes y me gustó la experiencia, pero esta vez no estuvo del todo bien.

Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and courteous: front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast room workers. I appreciated the hotel arranging a driver to pick us up at the airport and a cab to take us back to the airport for an early morning flight. I also appreciated good restaurant recommendations from Vlad, one of the front desk staff. We loved the location of the hotel, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with great bus service and walkable to so many historical sites just across the Tiber River. We would stay here again.

Great stay and helpful staff, though some upgrades are needed. We have been here before, and have decided to return in 2026. Next time we will go for breakfast in a nearby cafe. We acknowledge the hotel’s information that the breakfast is above average for Rome, but we think it was a bit limited compared to other hotel in Rome we have stayed in. The shower needs an overhaul. The shower head was partially blocked. Further, the water ran out on the bathroom floor. However, the bath was functional. Very helpful staff, and the room and hotel was nice and clean. Super location.

This hotel is in quite the perfect location! We loved how convenient it was, and made our trip so much better. The room was cute and clean. We loved the staff, specially Gianluca. He was so friendly, kind and informative. We had such a great experience, thank you so much!!

The room was clean and maintained as and when we needed. Staff were very friendly not being able to speak Italian was never a problem. CANT WAIT TO RETURN!

Location was perfect for my plans. The convenience of the bus stop literally outside the entrance was great. The room was as requested , quiet and fairly large. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good with good water pressure. Climate control was a little unpredictable it was warm enough at this time of year to sleep with the windows open. Enjoyed my stay thank you
