The man at the front desk was very polite to me even though I couldn't speak the language, and when I asked how to open the room key, he told me. The same woman always serves breakfast, so it was reassuring, and it was also nice to be able to drink delicious cappuccino. It was a great place to walk to famous tourist spots such as Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, yet be away from the crowds. I was able to relax during my stay. Thank you! I would like to stay here again if I have the chance to go to Rome!

対応が悪かった。こちらがお願いレベルで頼んでいることなので、受ける義務がないのは分かるが、契約内容をちゃんと読め、などと説教がましく言われる筋合いもない。海外だからではなく、単に対応が悪いだけ。ちなみに、他のホテルでは快く受けてくれるところもあった。二度と利用することはないのは確か。

スタッフも親切で主要な観光地に近く便利。 ホテルの目の前にバス停があり観光地に行きやすく、空港までのシャトルバスの乗り場も徒歩5分のところにある。

部屋は小さめですが清潔でした。特に水回りがリノベーションされていてよかったです。またシングルベット二つの事前希望もちゃんと用意されていました。 WIFIも使用に困らない十分なスピードでした。

Buon hotel in zona comoda, struttura non nuovissima, ma c'era tutto il necessario per un perfetto soggiorno.

Breakfast was good and service was great! Room was a bit on the warm side, my menopause was not cooperating well. All in all great location and convenient for the rest and time to visit the places that we were looking forward to seeing! Definitely staying again!

Love this hotel! So close to everything. Staff is wonderful, they change towel everyday. Not too noisy busy area but very accessible. I would love to stay here again!

Right in the city center of Rome, this hotel was clean, safe, and the staff were always on top of everything. There are a lot of restaurants right outside the hotel and it is only a 15 minute walk from Vatican City.

Our room was fine, but there is really no way to control the thermostat, which is old. I meant the room was VERY hot and while it was blowing AC at one point, it must have switched over in the middle of the night because of it being cold outside and woke up to it being sweltering. It was just for one night, but I would not stay here for a long stretch. Front desk staff was very helpful and there was no problem getting car service to the airport the next day.

Funcionária do café da manhã extremamente grossa, da portaria indiferente. Hotel fica distante de todas as atrações. A água do chuveiro esquenta e esfria, não mantendo a temperatura, não recomendo, jamais voltaria.

Very well located - quiet and safe neighbourhood but close to all the sights, bus stop just outside or in the square nearby. Breakfast was good. Rooms a bit dated but fairly standard for Rome, size of the room was good vs other rooms we have stayed in at Rome. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff, so helpful. Hotel is in a fantastic location- 10 minutes to the Vatican and Trevi fountain. Breakfast was good. Hotel doesn’t have a bar, would have been nice for late evenings to have a drink but the room had a fridge. We had connecting rooms which were fabulous for our family. Highly recommended as a base for exploring the area.
