Easy check in, polite staff.

Staff were lovely and hotel right for our needs.

The room was clean and the staff was great. Had a meal in the restaurant and the food was great

We were on the second floor, the room is in poor condition needs a complete refurb quickly. The toilet was leaking, the room celling has water damage, the carpet is really dirty, the furniture is exceptionally damaged and old, there is only one socket, the main light doesn't work, the curtain doest cover the window, apart from that it was ok 😂 the bedding was nice and clean wasn't brave enough to check the mattress, the shower curtain is a major hazard, breakfast was included but its very basic and poor quality food and mostly all deep fried, the staff are all very pleasant, the bars all need a major deep clean and a better system in place, and glass collectors are desperately required, oh and the carpet in the suite where the party night was held is a accident waiting to happen.

The hotel is dated but close enough to where I needed to be the following day. Fireworks were going off after midnight outside but nothing they could do to stop that. The walls are thin. Bring ear plugs

Exactly what we expected

Rooms were very small,… such that it was very difficult to open your suitcase anywhere.

Over night for flight in the morning. Worked perfect! Very good restaurants close by !

First impressions of the room was good until we seen the bed sheet with marks and stains because we had a late check in we just laid on top of the duvet were we were cld all night

Everything was fine but some part of the hotel were a bit tired. Ie lifts

Great hotel with superb staff, excellent bar menu and good prices. Comfy bed and no noise from nearby airport.

Very dated , 3rd floor room with no lift access and no sign of it being fixed during my stay. Food wasn’t fresh and drinks very expensive.

My stay was a very good experience thank you .

Talk about old.. for 95 quid I felt ripped off, won’t be staying again
