Room was clean but outdated. Great linens. No AC in hallways. Not enough front desk staff for number of rooms. Convenient location.

Did not like 1.Very noisey 2. Door key did NOT open door to lobby from parking lot 3.tv remote did not work 4. AC did not work 5. Bathroom sink did not drain 6. Too expensive for the quality you got. 7. Staff NOT particularly friendly

Pros: clean and spacious room. Across the street from a bus stop. Cons: I did not know that if you don't reserve a room directly from their site (for double the price) you don't get any breakfast. You have to buy from their restaurant. No free food whatsoever. Also, I found the whole hotel too brown. Everything in the room and hotel is brown and could use upgrades. I also was told there are walking paths ... There isn't. The pool was not heated and sauna not working.

When I reached It was ok. I had to show front desk that I already paid for the room I booked. I booked a king room and got a double suite not sure if there’s a price difference. There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. The sheets were dirty with stains, the towels had stains on them and the bed was small for my husband and I. The pool was open for hours that made so sense. We had family to visit and the pool would be open from 7-12, 12-4 that’s was very inconvenient for us so we never got to use it. There were other things but we just make do for the weekend. Definitely will not go back
