立地が良く滞在に最適でした。

空港までのシャトルバスは、頻繁にあり便利でした。また、レンタカーの返却場までの近く便利でした。ただ、2部屋予約していましたが、部屋間の距離が遠く、また、チェックイン、チェックアウト時のスタッフの対応もいまいちでした。

I enjoyed staying absolutely. The room was great and free wi-fi was also great. Actually I was worried about wi-fi because it’s written that wi-fi takes a cost on the page of Hotels.com. Hope to stay again.

All the employees were competent and friendly. The in house restaurant was convenient with great service and delicious food. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I slept well.

Was not aware we would have to pay $16 for parking. The front desk put us at the Furs

Very run down rooms. Paint pealing, rusty bathroom fixture, dirty, old worn carpet

The staff in the evening check in was fantastic. However, we stayed there specifically to get a ride to the Airport because we had a 4:30 AM boarding time. We made it to the Lobby at 3:12 AM the clerk said the shuttle would be there at 3:30 AM. I asked if there was coffee, he said I haven't made any yet. I said when will you make some? He said 3:30 AM. No other guests were in the Lobby during this time. At 3:30 AM he said, I'm sorry, the shuttle is full you'll have to wait till 4:00 AM. There were no other guests, how could the shuttle be full? We had to Uber to the Airport negating our only reason for staying there.

The most amazing things were the shuttle from the airport and I could walk on safe sidewalks to Hertz

It was short and sweet. I wish there was more assistance for luggage but other than that it was a fine stay.

Close to airport, has shuttle

Hotel advertising there will be a shuttle every 15 minutes. When I called the property was re assured that shuttle will be there. Waited 40 minutes and finally took a taxi.

Garrett and Mariah are excellent guest services personnel who go above and beyond what one would expect.

Pleasant staff, nice facilities.

Rooms were a little worn down with rist in the the shower. The AC didn't work in the room. I was surprised to see this at a Hilton

Hotel is convenient, no issues w parking or shuttle for getting to airport, staff was kind. Hated the square pillows.

The stay was okay. Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The rooms can use some updating. The bathroom had hair in the showers and on the walls. An indication the bathroom was poorly cleaned.

Check in was easy and quick, great location for immediate airport access which was our reason for choosing this hotel. Negative 10 housekeeping opened our door at 9am with no knock or announcement needless to say my husband was not clothed. We didn’t notify the desk we were checking out early and we were only a one night stay. There was no reason for her impromptu early not announced entry.
