スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。レストランでは様々な料理が楽しめます。近隣の飲食店へのアクセスも便利。モール・オブ・アジアへの無料シャトルバスも運行しています。空港にも近く、立地も良好です。

重要なイベントに出席するため、ヘリテージ ホテル マニラの部屋を予約しました。フロント デスクやその他のスタッフはとても親切です。ホテルの立地も、バクララン周辺を観光したいなら特におすすめです。レストランで出される料理はとてもおいしいです。

My 3rd trip to Manila and 1st stay to The Heritage Hotel which I was very happy during my stay here. All staff were attentive, polite. My room was clean spacious, daily international buffet was great with halal stations, the lady chef helped to introduce some local dishes. I enjoyed the free shuttle to MOA as well. My next visit to manila will always be at The Heritage hotel.

Good staff's near to the church I like the place but 1 think need to upgrade the building cause already antik

Malinis yung room kaso walang bidet yung bathroom namin. Masarap yung food nila at accomodating ang mga staff, may free shuttle service from hotel to MOA by schedule.

Staff are friendly and very accomodating, I have a pleasant stay highly recomended.

On the app its says I just have to pay 3.7k but upon arriving at the Hotel. They charged me 4.6k.

stayed for two nights in a superior room. It was clean, neutral smell and spacious enough with 2 double beds and wide window. staff were accommodating, friendly and polite. greeted us wherever we meet them; in the lobby, hallway, pool area etc. pool is clean and medium size. yummy buffet breakfast. and most importantly reasonably priced. will come back here next time.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

It’s a 4-star hotel but the room that was given to us is not as good as expected. The TV is not a smart TV. CR has no bidet, it has a door issue as well. The room is 75% cleaned, carpet is very old but can be maintained with cleanliness. Safety box is not properly working. House keeping service was not on time that’s why we weren’t able to have the room cleaned during the 2nd day as we had an event to attend to. Air filter not totally cleaned and the box is made of wood, and I don’t know the kind of air we are breathing during that time. Cafeteria breakfast buffet was so strict with the 10:30 am closing time. The lobby has mosquitoes.

Just cool. Needs some improvements with check in procedure. Wasting too much time just waiting.

The room was so poor, doesn’t have toothbrushes and only had one towel, air con did not work at all, but after all they transfer my room to another!

Great! My entire stay was so good. Honestly, it's been my second time staying here. The value for money is very practical that really fits those who are budget-conscious. Another thing, the place is very accessible to anything you wish to have, especially the accessibility to and from the airport. For sure, I will come to stay here next time and I will be recommending this place to others. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one.

Old room filthy carpet, stained sheets, cr stinks, soap dish is rusted and no bidet, shower h&c not working, ref has an awful smell and airconditioner not so cool.

Before I booked the hotel I send an email inquiring if they have a connecting room. That is my 1st requirement since I will be staying with my family during the new year's eve. They emailed me back that they do have a connecting room. Unfortunately and so disappointed, when the front desk told us that there is no connecting room and put us on a smoking area floor when I said that we have kids with us.

it was ok. The hotel was spacious even thought they did not give us the room we book we expect a 2 double beds but they only have 1. but they gave us an extra bed which took so long. The hotel room is a little bit of dirty or maybe it looks so old. I tried to open the glass window there so many dust. the aircon is not so cold. the hotel was boring. No entertainment or something for the christmas.
